I brough my car on Saturday May 6, 2022, for oil change and tire rotation.
prior to dropping off my vehicle, I mark the Front tires so I can tell if the tires were rotated. When l pickup my Vehicle, I noticed that the Tires were in the same position meaning the Wheels were never rotated.

After I noticed this, l contacted the Service manager and she assured me that the wheels were rotated, but they would do it again if I wanted to. I took my vehicle back to the shop & show the manager the marks, at which time they say they will do it again. the technician took my vehicle & the wheel lock & after a few minutes they told me that they did not a have a special tool that is required to remove my wheels, so they are unable to remove & rotate the wheels.

Bottom line, my wheels were never rotated even though they charge me for the service & assured me that it was done the first time. They did refund the charge for the service.
But what I was told initially, was incorrect wheels were never removed & rotated.

Tamer and Jonathan have been incredibly helpful, one of the most amazing experiences I’ve had in a dealership. I first spoke Jonathan over the phone and he was very straightforward with no games. Tamer is a very friendly salesman and he does not hassle you to buy a car… He is very patient… he is also very helpful with getting you started on the Toyota app on the phone and giving you all the technology updates.

We recently bought a used car there. We were sitting in the finance office doing the paperwork. The person doing the paperwork was a Haitian woman. Then our salesman, who was also Haitian, comes in and they are having a conversation in their native language. That not only is rude but is also very unprofessional!!! Also, they charge an extra $2000 over advertised price for “reconditioning “ the vehicle. Take a look at this cabin filter I had to change on my own. Disgusting!! Not to mention the anti freeze was about empty. Wonder what I’ll find next.

All the staff at Al Hendricks were very polite, kind and professional. On top of that, they had the car I really wanted on the lot and I was able to drive away that day. I absolutely love my new Tacoma!

I came looking for a used vehicle. There were about six salesman sitting outside, waiting for customers and the only one that I can recall that was dressed up with a dress shirt and dress slacks walked over to me. His name was Michael Joseph. I thought the car that I was looking at was the used car that I wanted. It turned out after I drove it. It was a brand new Toyota Corolla cross. I immediately fell in love with it and while there were plenty of other customers, looking at the same car, Michael never hesitated to tell everyone else that I was in the middle of buying it even though I was still thinking about it, he knew it was gonna be mine. He repeatedly said don’t let go of those keys, the others are looking for them and he was right. Michael was kind, honest, polite, respectful, and professional, never pushy or aggressive. Not even once! He took care of me with white gloves then after agreeing to purchase he sent me to Jerry in finance. He too was amazing! Kind, professional and helpful. It actually was a pleasure doing business there. How often can you say that when purchasing a car? Highly recommend Michael Joseph and Jerry!!!

The best experience I ever had with shopping, but especially the delivery of the new 2022 Toyota Avalon. The representative who helped me is named Erik Coxwell. His professionalism and knowledge is the best I have ever experienced in the sales process. I recommend you ask for him if you are shopping for a Toyota. Additionally, I was fully inserviced on the vehicle and all the important operations. The staff was patient and very concerned that I was fully satisfied. I have purchased a number of cars and the past, but this was the one experience I will never forget.
