Golf Villas Apartments

I lived here for about 5-6 years and things kept getting worse as time went on. It used to be a nice area with a relaxing and quiet golf course behind it. Now it's trash and that golf course is becoming a living community so it's just added noise. Management is horrible and only helps when they want to. The hot tub hasn't worked for 4+ years. Using the pool is no longer enjoyable because kids are not supervised and are destroying the poolside furniture; which in my final 5 months there, all furniture was gone because of damages so there wasn't anywhere to sit or lay down. You are limited in internet options company wise, so don't expect anything good because it's average at best. Also, it used to be a quiet place to live but lately has become loud. It's time to move on after this lease. Most importantly, report everything immediately and before you move out because they will say repairs ended up costing so much that you're not getting a security deposit back. Avoid this place. Not worth it at all.

Bed bugs and roaches in the apartment dishwasher was broken and the paint in the tub started peeling and clogged the drain... Looked nice at first..truly learned not to judge a book by its cover

So I currently reside at Gulf Villas, I have never and will never rent again at this place. From day one, I have been complaining to this place about their pest control. I was told, the previous owners had not had pest control in a while, so the buildings were over runned by roaches! On my first day in the apartment, my husband and I spent it on the floor because we had not purchase a new bed. Low and behold I was covered in bumps the next morning. I told the manager, which claims to have No clue what was happening. Yet all my neighbors are complaining of bed bugs! New management takes over and worse than the last one. Now my lease is about to be over and they trying to get me for pest control! If the problem was there before we got there, why should the tent be responsible for extermination? If anyone plans to move here, DON'T!!! I am now seeking legal advise, because this is not right!

I love what they have done to the interior and exterior of this place. If you havent been by in a year you must come by and check out the rehab that has been completed!

The manager is very friendly and I really like the appearance of the apartments. I would advise to check it out! The manager is down to earth and will make sure you get the best!

The rating that I gave Golf Villas is because of poor management as I was leaving the resident new management came in I lived there for a period of two years leaving the apartment with regular wear and tear nothing broken no holes in the wall yet they held back $225 from my security deposit claiming damages were done sending me a letter stating that they would need me to state that I was not in agreeance with them with withholding the $225 after sending off the letter I checked my mailbox they mailed a check out before mailing the letter out this is bad business I will be reporting it to the Better Business Bureau there's no one there to really answer phone calls and they're not responsive to request.

Dont live there. Apartments has roaches. Laundry doesnt work. Work only with att and at&t only provides slowest internet. Completely horrible

Staff is amazing on all fronts. The living conditions just are not good at all.
