Do not entertain doing business with this builder. The office staff is dishonest and so are the project managers onsite. I have witnessed them be very unethical. They will tell you everything you want to hear to get your loan closed then they will not service any of the warranty issues. This process has turned out to be very disheartening. Building a home is supposed to be a happy memorable project. With this builder it will not be. Pay a little more and enjoy achieving a dream. Beware!!

Today (3/20/19) is the 10th anniversary of our move-in day of our beautiful home. Built by Hal George of Parkland Homes, I love my house today as much as I did 10 years ago. Working with Hal, Leigh and ALL of the subcontractors was a dream! Ours was a big project, but Hal and his team made the process seamless... and actually quite fun! I would do it all again with Parkland Homes! Thank you Hal and Leigh for guiding us through and for becoming true friends, as a bonus!
