My Florida Investment Properties

I was desperate to sell my house few months ago. I had it on the market, had people coming in and out of my house and it became so damn annoying. After the listing expired, I saw these guys post on facebook and i contacted them.

They are really professional, and was upfront with me. Ray and his partner came, walked through the house and explained everything along the way in terms of the repairs that were needed etc. We finally agreed on a price that was acceptable and closed in less than 30 days.

My mortgage was paid off and I had money in my pocket to move upstate New York. These guys were a blessing and they are highly recommended.

I needed to sell my house since I was relocating to another state. I found these guys on google and after speaking with Ray, he basically assured me that he could close in 30 days...Well, we closed the deal 3 weeks later, got my cash and I am very satisfied with my florida investment properties. Highly recommended.
