When I moved in to this apartment I was in awe of the space. I had a recently updated apartment so the apartment was aesthetically pleasing. Unfortunately it wasn’t long before things started to go down hill. With 2-3 months of living here mold started to grown like wild fire in my apartment. I notified the property and it took over a month from my initial complaint to time they had someone come in to have it cleaned. MOLD. There are quite a few other issues in my apartment (too many to list) that needs attention but there’s a lot of feet dragging when it comes to those issues too. I have sent Atleast 4 emails now about a busted dryer and 1 month after my initial email I am still living without a dryer. Please save your time and money. Rent elsewhere.

The square ft of the apartment are great, they've renovated majority of the units. I don't like that I'm being charged for renovated one and my unit hasn't been touch, and I've been here since 2017. People constantly speed in the neighborhood ,so be careful with Littles ones.

This place keeps getting worse not only do they raise your rent $400 a month they don't even pay attention to simple issues of lighting in the hallway or parking lot. 2 service requests made and not a response. This is a safety concern for all residents. How are management companies like this allowed to do business is beyond my understanding.

This place is a joke! The parking situation is a nightmare. Often times when you get home in the evening there is no where to park unless you pay extra for the covered parking. This ridiculous because rent is already high enough to tack on another expense just to park your vehicle. The units are in need of repair and when you submit a maintenance request it doesn’t get resolved. You have to literally go to the office several times to get someone to take a look at your issue. Then they put a bandaid on the problem instead of resolving it. The issue comes back within a couple of weeks. This place is HORRIBLE!!

We called Coconut Palm Club our home for almost 4.5 years. It was a great place to live. Our child had plenty of kids to play with. With rising prices of rentals many families had to leave.

Maintenance was attentive and friendly. They were there same day most of the time. John was like a friend to me. All of the maintenance guys were really nice.

Office staff was great until recently. Now, they don’t answer emails and take an exorbitant amount of time to answer any communication. Rent was increasing at a rate of $600-$800 monthly and tack on an extra $25 monthly for a new “amenity fee.” (This was for renewals without renovations) So neighbors started trickling out who may have stayed otherwise. Before we moved out, it didn’t feel like the close nit community it once was.

Vehicle break ins were becoming the norm. We caught one on our Ring camera and police were able to catch the guy that night. A friend’s car was stolen from the same parking lot close to 441. The community really needs some sort of camera system to monitor parking lots.

The maintenance staff and leasing office were fantastic. They addressed all our issues and were resolved in a timely fashion.

We've been here for eight months now and so far it's been great. The neighbors that I have seen are nice and welcoming. Jesus Suris in the leasing office was so nice, helpful, and professional. The neighborhood is quite and nice to take walks in. My only issue is that there's not a lot of cabinet space in the kitchen for dishes and the cabinet space that is available isn't large enough to hold certain dishes but other than that we are enjoying living here. 😉

I initially tried to move in May but they didn’t have any vacancies. In July Sophia called me saying they had an vacancy. I informed her I was still interested. She was there every step of the way. Natasha also help. They were informative through out the entire process. When I moved in they very helpful and made sure I settled in effortlessly. The staff is very friendly and always ready to assist. The apartment is huge and very nice. If your looking for a safe comfortable place to call home. Look no further. You won’t regret it.
