Dave Scheuch was totally professional during the home purchasing process. Always available for questions asked by phone or e-mail. With that said, his answers and knowledge were correct. Was patient and helpful with both buyer and seller during the entire event especially during the price negotiations. Also, his assistant Jackie was quoted by my representing attorney as "very efficient! I look forward to a smooth closing." Horrific experience, I could write a book, but I was almost homeless because of the agent. When I signed up w/him I told him to make sure my buyers knew I had to find a home & because the home I was purchasing w/this agent, fell thru because the appraisal came in $40,000 less, 10 days before my closing & my buyers wouldn't give me an extension to find another home. I had 10 days to move out w/4 dogs. He never did give me 3 comps of the neighborhood that I asked him for many times. He also went on a couple vacations & left me flat for over 3 weeks while I was trying to work w/the seller on the flip home. I was able to go w/the seller to pick out a kitchen counter top. I gave the granite co. $650 because it was over her budget. I never got the money back from the seller because the agent told the seller he took care of it, but never did. He didn't even show my buyers my home because he was out of town so I showed it to them & they bought it. The photo that I am posting here was from him. So very inappropriate! I am a professional & was treated very poorly.

Had the displeasure of working with realtor Jim Jurich at this branch. I cannot count the times he lied to us. He is very dishonest and unprofessional. He kept asking us not to disclose that we had a dog and once we are in they can’t do anything about it. He gave us the lock box combination so we could go look at the house without a realtor there, which I found out later is not allowed. He told us that since we already lived in the neighborhood we didn’t need approval for the HOA which turned out to be another lie. He didn’t even find the rental property we were interested in, we found it ourselves. 2 days after we moved in the HOA was not happy with us. When we asked him to help resolve the HOA issue he told us it’s not his problem and then had the nerve to tell me he did everything for us. Stay far away he’ll just do everything he can to have you sign that lease then he won’t do anything.
