I live on one of Alliance property prop .. I have problems with my bathtub drain since I got here almost 3 years ago .. the water cams out brown a list ones a month. . The plumber said because the apartment is old and the pipe are rusty. .. yesterday I have a letter on my mail from my landlord David saying the I have to pay $ 150 for last week plumber service ... the problem is the my bathtub still clough ... there is a lot of issues from hurricane Maria false promise windows protection and late fees charged when the rent is being pay already to renter going from $650 one year to $750 the next that is $100 increase. ... I'm just hoping for the best an getting my deposit $ when we lived or I almost forgot when I first got here the carpets on the bedroom ware nasty and when I told David he said take them out. . When I told him .. but is concrete floor. .!!! Said all of the unit were the same. .. !!! I PUT WOOD FLOOR AND BOTH ROOMS. .... your welcome body ..!!!

This review (long overdue. Sorry David) is for David Marsh and Alliance Properties. David and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with both as my property manager and my real estate agent when I made the decision to sell it. David took over as my property manager when I had to fire the previous company due to mis-management. I live in California so it was unreasonable to fly back there once a month to check on it, especially during the pandemic. Afterall, isn’t that what I am paying the property manager to do? Anyway, David took over and jumped right in. He sent me pictures of the inside and outside. Much to my dismay, the property needed a lot work. It was then I decided to sell the property once all of the repairs were completed. David and his team of contractors took care of everything at a very fair price. Once everything was done, David listed the house for me. The home sold quickly for very near the asking price.
I can’t say enough about David and Alliance Properties. If you need property management or a real estate team to sell or buy a home, David is the one.

We enjoyed working with David Marsh of Alliance Properties of Brevard. He managed our two rental properties for 5+ years, and was our realtor when we chose to sell. He managed our properties well, even remotely as we no longer live in Florida. David was responsive and helpful when the occasional challenge arose. David is knowledgeable and provided great advice about the local rental market; therefore, under his management our homes never stood empty and we always had good tenants. Alliance Properties monthly reporting is timely, clear and accurate and made our accounting much easier throughout the year and especially at tax time.
