He was referred to me by someone very special to me which means Jordan is very special to me. He's very thorough and responds in a reasonable time window. I had an excellent experience with Joseph Beltrand, he was very knowledgeable with the area and was able to bring the RIGHT buyers to my property not only selling my house but selling the area. And when it came down to the negotiations with the buyers Joe was very creative and working all the way through to the details of the closing. Now Joe is working with me as the buyer as I look for my next Home. He's very honest and easy to work with as you navigate through the selling or purchasing process

I have been dealing with a realtor named Francy and so far she has been prompt in answering all my questions. My fiancée and I are looking forward to rent a place. Even though she was in Colombia for a week or so, which coincided with the exact timing of when we had to fill out the application, she was prompt in answering all our questions clearly and concisely. So although I cannot vouch for this realty company, I can definitely vouch for the employee that works here and is a reflection of the organization's mission statement and core values. If anything should change, I will update this review.

I have never dealt with anyone in the real estate business as fabulous as Blanca Rojas!!!
I wasn't planning on purchasing an apartment.....actually, I was dead set against it. I swore I'd never own another property again. But when it came to renew my lease, it had just gone up too much in price. I loved the building and loved the layout of my apartment but the prices were just too high. So, Blanca very patiently showed me other properties for lease. Nothing was up to my standards. She found a unit for sale in my building and crunched the numbers for me, negotiated a deal for me, and I'm now paying $600 monthly rather than $1975 monthly!!!!! Plus taxes. That's a HUGE savings!
She explained to me the advantages of owning my own home, especially with today's economy and stock market plummeting. I now feel a security I never felt with renting and own my apartment. She never once pressured me!!! In fact, she was very patient and explained everything EVERY STEP OF THE WAY! She negotiated a great price and dealt with the inspector, the title company, and the other parties involved. She even scheduled the closing in the lobby of my building so I wouldn't have to leave home!
You can tell she LOVES what she does and that she does what's best for her clients, not for her. In the long run, it always pays off.....apparently, she's been selling real estate for 20 years and has an endless client base of repeat customers, buyers, sellers and referrals! Her phone is constantly ringing....now I know why!
She knows the business and has knowledge, patience and deals HONESTLY with all parties involved.
She does her research. She is BETTER THAN GOOD!!!! She's great!!!!!!
The people she deals with are all professionals. She even helped me AFTER the closing with small details and some larger details (like Homestead exemption) that I never would have thought of or known how to take care of.....she was right on top of EVERYTHING!
Always patiently, always professionally, always with a smile and great positive attitude.
Now all I want to do is purchase another property for investment! I know nothing about that but I feel confident that with Blanca helping me, I will find a perfect income producing property!!

I’m not sure who is slamming Julie Wittus. She is the most trustworthy woman I know. Not only is she a hard worker but a great person and a mother. This should be considered as libel. How dare you speak on her name like that. Whoever wrote that one month ago one after the other under different names is clearly out to get her. Totally false on every level and quite frankly pathetic. She’s amazing at her job and super honest. Sad people have to shame others like that out of spite. Never pay heed to false information, She has never been and is definitely not under investigation. Thank you.

I absolutely advise anyone & everyone to listen to the multiple one star reviews for this company. Based on my experience with one of their agents Paul Webb & receptionist Michelle, I will say that there is something really fishy going on here. Instead of solving your problem, they prefer to protect their reputation and that of their employees.

It was very difficult to come into contact with anyone until we left a bad review for the company. Then we received a call right away from the office. Funny how they seem to spend their time focused more on controlling the reviews on their page instead of actually attending to their client’s problems from the start.

And on top of that, instead of calling, apologizing, and trying to solve our problem, they were only concerned with getting me to remove my review. They acted like we were ridiculous for not allowing them enough time to solve the problem. They’re too daft to realize one thing: the review would be removed when the problem is solved. They should have solved the problem before coming back to me about my review, as any intelligent person would’ve done. The US and Florida in particular is extremely limited in quality employees/real estate agents because companies like Charles Ruttenberg Realty support this idea that the customer comes last. They should rethink how to run their business, maybe give courses so that employees like Paul Webb & the receptionist Michelle can accurately serve their clients (the people who are truly paying their bills).

This office is a family. The Broker and her team offer the best in training, support, professional development and they really care.

Do not trust Franklin Gaitan. He lies. My son signed a walk through form and he changed it after so he could take $200.00 of his deposit. I wish I could add the form on here! I would never use this Realtor ..... obviously they have no morales!
