John Thomlinson, I am the current LCAM assisting with your association and hired by your board of directors. They have hired my Company, Rocket Association Management and RLL Real Estate Group for a reason. Your negative review as an owner of the Island Beach Resort corporation, shows that your Board is making a good decision. It is your fiduciary responsibility to follow your corporate documents in good manner. Your handling of this association has been highly questionable. Your local police department has documented reports of many unfortunate negative situations involving the handling of the community that was trusted by you. The local police department has shared much gratitude for the changes that are in process. Drugs found on the desk of the corporate office is nothing short of inexcusable. The board has given you notice to discontinue your onsite management, and this is obviously retaliation. Thank you for publishing your anger, but I think you should spend most of your time cooperating in an amicable turn over which you have made very difficult. We want nothing but the best for this community. I wish you the best on your future ventures. Thank you for confirming to the public that we strive to do our job effectively and do not stand for anyone to manipulate our appearance based on your malicious actions.
