Over the years I have worked with many real estate agents, the vast majority of agents all do the same thing, get my email, set up an extremely broad search, and let their software spit listings at me... I spend countless hours digging through the listings..then they expect a commission when they open the door for me at a house that I find myself on Zillow!

Coldwell Banker Paradise agents actually work for you. I have worked with 2 Coldwell Banker Paradise agents at different times and they both went through the same process. They actually helped me define what it was that was looking for in a house and then actively called me with listings that fit. they both followed up when they said they would, were extremely flexible with scheduling viewings, and did a great job negotiating with the seller. Once I get serious again about buying this will be the only place I call! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
