Paradise Beach Club

The matience staff at Paradise Beach Club were friendly and introduced themselves upon check in. We rented two units and both were clean up on arrival. Both units could have been better stocked. We rented for 12 days and had 4 trashbags, 4 dishwasher tablets and 2 rolls of TP per bathroom. We quickly went to the Publix across the street and bought extra of what we needed. Construction on the sea wall was happening during our stay, which caused more sand in the air than typical.

If you are a surfer, this location is ideal. We saw 42 surfers out in the waters at one time.

If you are a fisherman, I absolutely would not recommend. This area has worm rock, making it nearly impossible to catch any fish. During high tide, you have very little beach space.

The workout area and mail area are under construction as well as one dog area. The outdoor shower is also under construction. This is temporary, and will greatly improve overall aesthetics of the building.

We recently stayed in unit 442, we had 6 adults, 1 infant, and 2 small dogs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was just as the pictures show and the most amazing part by far is THE VIEW!!! You can see the ocean from almost every room! Our only issue was the very low water pressure in both showers. Zareh emailed us a few times throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed, which was nice. We definitely recommend this unit, and everything including the pool and beach was just what we were looking for!

Nice place pretty clean location is awesome except we have to drive about 20 minutes to get to Major stuff like restaurants but there is some basic stuff nearby. But walking out a few feet under the beach and hearing the waves crash is awesome. It was predominantly quiet although the last 2 days there was some loud children and I could hear footsteps above me and could hear my neighbor's partying beside us. Overall I would recommend it but I would not pay three times the price that they are charging for February!

Great place to stay even after a hurricane. I booked three condos for a family gathering. We were scheduled to arrive on November 10th for three nights. Hurricane Nicole chose that same date to show up. Since power was out we stayed at a local hotel hoping power would be restored the next day. After a lot of back and forth with Cindy, we got the good news that power was back. When we arrived her staff was hard at work getting our units back in shape. Sadly the pool and beach were not accessible due to the storm nevertheless we had a good time. The units were clean, well stocked and comfortable. I'm happy to recommend this as a nice place to stay, even after a hurricane!

This is our second trip here this year. Our first stay we fell in love with the view from the 4th floor corner unit. Our second trip felt as enchanting as the first. Wonderful management and staff work very hard to make sure your stay is as great as it can be. Both times we have been here they are making improvements to enhance guest experiences which tells me they really care about their property. Will be back again!

Very nice place. We rented through Stay in Cocoa Beach. Beach didn't have very many people on it and it is very quiet. A lot of restaurants close by. Will stay again 😊 very close to Gleeson Park. Pictures are view from the balcony.
