Yesterday, I went into the lobby of the Lake Park PBSO sub-station, with intentions on filming the lobby and exterior of the building.
Upon entering the lobby, I ran the bell for service. Within seconds, A sweet, cordial front desk lady came and asked if I needed help/ assistance? I informed her that I'd like to get B-footage for a story I was producing. She then asked me to wait a moment to verify, though I believe it was to inform her superiors. Within 45 seconds, she returned and turned on the lobby lights to better assist me in filming.
The gesture had me wanting to hug her like an Auntie. 'From the heart, she truly wanted to help. I do public audits of public officials in my spare time, especially on rainy days. Yesterday, I went to a Boynton Beach police sub-station, Lantana Town Hall, City of Lake Worth (HR dept.).
The receptionist for the Lake Park PBSO sub-station, was exceptional in the performance of civil service duties. I applaud her. It's a joy to be welcomed. Thank you for hiring her. 'And I'll be back to film this positive encounter to post on YouTube as it's good for the soul.

This department does absolutely nothing to help you. Just today my landlord called them to complain on my neighbors, the sheriff never arrived. If you’re having trouble with neighbors being loud and obnoxious they don’t care. It’s your issue. I guess they only respond when they feel like it. So much for serve and protect. If I could give these people negative zero i would.
