Sergeant Gonzalez (badge # 0015 ) contacted me after I was trying to reach the department about a ticket I didn’t receive (The ticket had doubled since I didn’t pay it on time & my license was going to get suspended.) I called to see if someone could help me resolve this issue since the department sent the ticket to the WRONG address. Sergeant Gonzalez's attitude was very insolent and egocentric; he clearly doesn’t know what customer service is. The Sergeant said he wasn’t going to help me. I ended up paying the ticket because I would get my license suspended. What gets me upset is the lack of professionalism he could have been polite, even if he didn’t want to help me, but his attitude was very disrespectful for someone in that position. His duty should be to serve the people of this county, not to disrespect them. There should be some repercussions to this type of behavior.

got profiled and the officer told me he will "CALL ICE, IF HE HAS TO ASK FOR MY ID AGAIN" pathetic excuse of a department. I'm a U.S Citizen and a veteran..
