Today, I visited the Department and I was very impressed of the type of customer service our police officers are providing to their visitors. Notice that it was almost closing time and they still take a moment to take care of me. The most important aspect of their service is the level of friendliness they display during our interaction.

It’s really a shame that to join your academy when you have a good candidate with nothing on his background that for one second on his physical gets cut off when his doing the 1.5 mile run. Most of your police officers the ones that are out there to protect us are way out of shape and you guys don’t have like a chart to tell them how much the weight that they should maintain and have at least one time a year have a physical to make sure they maintain the proper weight and they are up to your standards. Fighter fighters have a range limit and they have to maintain in aceptable shape and you guys don’t have absolutely nothing for them to go by. The officers that you Gus have protecting us right now most can’t run and a big preséntate can’t do push-ups or pull-ups. The ones that look like they can do their job are the rookies.

Miami Lakes Police District kept me well while I stayed in town from Boston, Massachusetts. I went through hell far from home and they made me feel at home within them so I love them forever I couldn't have been surrounded by best police officer, my adopted
family that I salute with all my heart and wish them all blessed Holidays 🦃🍷👍🥰

The reception staff do not have the slightest respect for the citizens who are going to do legal procedures that they need for work and immigration procedures. All front desk officers are extremely rude and unprofessional, LITERALLY treating people like dogs. We had our appointment at 8 and we had to wait for the officer to finish breakfast at approximately 8:20, and if she weren't so intransigent, so rude and so despotic in treating us, maybe we wouldn't include this unfortunate detail. In addition to having to wait, we also had to receive the mistreatment of this lady. It is not the first time that we go to that office and the receptionist officers treat the public very badly, without the slightest respect and if you complain, they do not attend to you, they act like legitimate dictator tyrants, sadly it reminded us how the police of the Cuban regime act , they do it the same way. I had never felt so mistreated, so poorly cared for, so humiliated as we felt the days we went to do official paperwork at this police station. I recommend that the station's chief of staff take this complaint seriously, we are going to continue raising our complaint with the city and police commissioners. We have already gathered enough victim witnesses of this mistreatment by these tyrants (because that is how they act) to carry it out and the lawyers advised us to use the cameras that exist in the reception to demonstrate the deplorable attitude of these officers. The salary of the police is paid by the people with our taxes, it is a lack of respect that they treat us like dogs, rather it seems to me even racist, because 99% of those who attend there are immigrants, as well as those same police officers the reception that treats the public so badly, that is another thing that we will include in the formal and collective complaint that we will make towards the reception staff of this police station.
