A beautiful place with a romantic story. The site can only be visited with a guide. Before the tour starts you will see a video to give more background information about Coral Castle. Once you are inside the 'castle' you can walk around freely. Meanwhile, the guide tells the story behind the various objects. The 'castle' is a structure consisting of a large wall within which all kinds of carved coral stone objects can be found. The whole thing is in the open air.

I got impressed with the perfection of each sculpture, I couldn't seat in the chairs but looked ergonomic. It is amazing how a tiny man with 100 pounds could build that paradise with love, dedicated 28 years. He was a genius. Instead of his depression for the lost of his love, the power of his mind created this enigmatic place.

This is a fascinating place and worth visiting. The tour is brief but informative; you'll learn more if you ask the guide a lot of questions. Kids will probably enjoy seeing all the lizards everywhere. Be sure to check out the books in their shop. I purchased several and I'm looking forward to reading more about this site and the man who built it.

Best part was our tour guide Andrea, she is great. The place is beautiful and the tour is very informative, great experience.
Little advice cary water and a little fan if possible, they provide umbrellas but just in case you can bring your own too.

We were unsure about this at first, but it really was so cool! The tour guides were so knowledgeable and made it so fun. You can tell they love their job. So glad we stopped. Costs about $20 per person and has a little gift shop.

Pricey for what you get but they do offer an umbrella to shade you from the sun during the tour. Great tour guides though! Guides were fun, energetic and engaging! And if you enter a tour late you can do the next tour without charge. Cool site, glad we did it but it was approximately $60 for 3 people. Small gift shop. Too pricey overall but interesting if you're into history or discovering the mystery of how it was done.

A true treasure!!!

I love this place so much.

It’s amazing. Must do!!!

The mystery and mystical behind it is do fascinating but the wander and awe is in itself worth the visit.

I went over 30 years ago when I was a little girl… it’s a true gem!!

Wish I could have stayed and pondered longer! Wish they had all night tours! The tour guide used a microphone so he was easily heard.
This place is fascinating. I would have been here daily as a child if I lived close enough for sure!
