Cinemark Boynton Beach 14 and XD

Same here to watch Sonic the hedgehog 2 with my wife and two boys. We enjoyed our experience here. The food was decent and the theaters were not overly crowded. Only downside is that they opened pretty late. About 30 people were outside waiting to purchase tickets and get in. We had a 10:30 a.m. showing and they didn't open the theater until about 10:20am.

this is an update to my last review which was done 6years ago.....Cinema is still a good venue to see your favorite movies. one feature that has really improved the seating experience is at time of ticket purchase , the seating plan is displayed on a large monitor with seating options and allows you to pick your seat .... -this is my original review : great venue, good theaters 14 to choose from. I like a lot of action movies...so I especially enjoy the XD experience, sometimes with the 3D. the theaters are clean, seats comfortable, sound good, and easy to order refreshments(typically no wait time). Game room area in addition as well as a bar and coffee shop. All good theater experience.

Worst experience ever! I didn’t even buy a ticket because of the experience I had at the ticket booth. Noah needs to be terminated as an employee. He asked me to show him my tax return because he didn’t believe my teenage son was my son! Who does that?!?!?! I was understanding to the curfew they have for teenagers but I was willing to stay and watch the movie with my son. But Noah wanted to see my tax return to show proof my son was my dependent! Abra the manager reassured me that this is not their policy to show proof of guardianship but she didn’t even try to do satisfactory customer service by avoiding me from leaving unsatisfied. If I was offered something for the inconvenience and degrading feeling Noah caused on me, I would have stayed. But instead I drove to another movie theater. I called corporate and made a report. Depending on how the general manager handles this will determine if I update this review or not. Highly dissatisfied and felt profiled because I am a young mother.

Update on my review. The corporate office called me and gave me tickets for my family! I am grateful for this and thank you for listening and actually caring about my situation and encounter with this Cinemark. This is true customer service.

Very fine atmosphere. Good place to see a movie on Tuesday, especially for the Seniors. I didn't know they stop selling Hot-dogs. I was looking forward to one.😲😲

I was really impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff was at Cinemark. Every single person, from the sales, to the ticket taker, to the concession stand staff was really nice, patient, and even funny. The facilities were ok - I think we're spoiled by some theaters that offer recliners, wait service, etc - but since that's not offered, you really can't ding them for that.

I was here tonight for a movie screening of American Underdog. Its a very nice theater and I love the recliner leather stadium seats. This was my first time at this movie theater.

As I was waiting for the movie to begin, I met one of the managers who was loading in the new movie posters into the cases outside of the theater. He was very friendly, knowledgable and had great customer service. Also the young black lady at concessions was very helpful as well.

Saw these movies not at the same time but, they are hands down to me the best movies of the year so far. 😎 Well staff as always very friendly and helpful. Theater was clean, seats were comfortable. Food was hot when you got it, everything was delicious. The Maturella stick are a must to have👍🏼😋. Well enjoy hopefully your experience is as good as mine was.

Went to see the Tom Hanks movie News of the World. Superior film. I was pleased that the cinema was kept so clean as were the rest rooms. Our seats were selected by us when we purchased our tickets together. They were in excellent position. Customers are carefully distanced making me feel SAFE and relaxed as I watched the film.
