That's why my chips and plastic cheese are 8$? Honestly don't bother. This place is a joke. And our screens blank 10 mins before a showing with a dirty theater and nobody around.

Good theater in a comfortable environment. The chairs are large and recline for a premium movie going experience. The temperature was warmer than anticipated, but still acceptable. The screen was the only negative. The center seam on theater nines screen has what appears to be a rip. It became distracting in the midst of action scenes. The rip looks as if it pixels that small section. In darker parts, it is not an issue. Unfortunately in lighter backgrounds (like a beach or desert scene) the rip is like a beacon which would constantly catch my eye. The staff were friendly, and with the app it is very easy to purchase tickets and redeem them. Earning points for future visits is a breeze as well.

When I arrived, I bought my ticket. I was meeting a friend but in my hurriedness, I misread the day we were supposed to meet up to watch the movie. I was a day early! So I went to the customer service desk and the guy was so nice and let me switch my ticket to the next day. When I arrived the next day with my friend, the seats were comfortable and we had a great time.

The most comfortable reclining seats of any theater I have been to. The staff at the concession stand were so friendly. The seats also have a mini table to eat on and large cup holders which are great additions.

The seats were the most comfortable, they were huge offering so much room! The snack line was one of the quickest snack lines I've been through at a movie theater and our hot food was ready in record time! Overall a great theater experience!

Staff here are wonderful! Going to watch a movie should be relaxing and a way to get your mind off things for a little and these people make sure you really are comfortable. They know how to serve and they know customer experience is important.

The electric reclining chairs with a table that swings out to be directly in front of you is great. The theater is clean, and the staff pleasant. The ticket prices during the day are quite reasonable. As with all the theaters I have been in, the concession prices are high, but it is my understanding that the movie studios take a big chunk of the ticket sales so theaters rely heavily on food and drink profits. So I often buy something even if it's just a bottle of water because I want the theaters near me to stay open. I can watch movies at home, but going to the theater just makes for a nice outing.

I have to say I've been to many movie theaters in my time and never have I had such great customer service. Lauren at the snack bar was the nicest most courteous person I could ask for. She went out of her way to ensure the popcorn we ordered was perfect and did it with a large smile on her face and cracking jokes with me the whole time. If i could give a higher rating than 5 i would
