Arrival was met with a clean lobby. They have the typical over priced concessions and the wait was minimal considering only one person was working.

The chairs in some of the theatres are the older style ones but everything seemed well cleaned.

The theaters are exceptionally chilly, so bring a jacket!

Disappointed, the RPX theater was complete garbage. Our movie kept freezing up and skipping. (Jurassic World: Dominion) The picture was blurry, we tried to inform them and they said they'd try to adjust. The seats don't recline, and they were out of Pepsi. Wasn't like this was cheap, and I'm just being unjustly critical.

I haven't gone to see a movie in theaters for over a year, and when I went last night I remember how awful the experience is. The number of ads that play before the movie I paid a good amount of money to see is ridiculous.
The movie started 30 minutes after the listed ticket time. That's unacceptable. Seriously not worth anyone's time to sit through trashy soda ads. Even after the movie trailers started, they managed to sneak in a few more advertisements. What is this nonsense? I'd rather stream movies at home.

Very nice theatre. I've only been a few times so far but the seats are comfy, sounds and picture are clear, snack stand is always steps away. And great deals on unlimited passes and many discounts.

Was great service, but why do you have the ticket line and snack line same! Just make sure you get there a lot more in advance. You'll be waiting for people to get snacks! Other side is my daughter is hard of hearing teen who uses assisted devices and their hearing device was like trying to get your walk man to get the right frequency by messing with the wire the old school way...lol...I had to help her with that. Seems needs replacing or fixing.

Advertised as "comfort" chairs. The size of the chairs are normal so fairly narrow, and you share an armrest with person next to you. The chairs do not recline, but rock and tilt back a bit. The rows are so close together, that when the guy in front of me tilted his chair back, it squished my toes! And if anyone in the row was rocking, you could feel it in your seat. Was as pleasant as a child kicking the back of my seat on an airplane.

Purchased a small popcorn and wanted just plain tap water. All they will give you is a courtesy cup for water. Asked for a bigger cup and was charged $7.99!!! (Price of a soda!)...told them to take it off and just used the kiddie sized "courtesy" cup. Pretty sure a wax coated paper cup does not elicit a $7.99 charge!

And the WORST part, was they never turned off the lighting that is on while all are getting seated. It was very distracting from the film.

Guess I've been totally spoiled by CMX Daytona Luxury 12 Theaters! Super comfy, very spacious reclining seats with plenty of room for others to walk without being disturbed!

Ba-Bye Regal/Hollywood!

Nice clean theater, staff was friendly and efficient.
The theater rooms themselves though, are very cramped, and they're very cold.
My watch thermometer showed it being 63° in the RPX theater room. When you're sitting there watching a 3-hour movie, it gets pretty cool.

I recently had the opportunity to visit the Regal Pavilion to see a movie, and while it was a great experience overall, I do have a few suggestions for improvement.

One of the things I noticed about the Regal Pavilion is that it is a little outdated. The building and the interior are a bit worn and could use some updating. I would love to see the theater invest in some renovations to modernize the space and make it more inviting.

Another area that could use some improvement is the seating. The seats at the Regal Pavilion are a little uncomfortable, and I found myself shifting around trying to find a comfortable position. I wish the theater would invest in some new, more comfortable seats to make the movie-going experience more enjoyable.

Lastly, I would like to see the Regal Pavilion expand their food options. The concessions stand has the usual movie theater fare, but I would love to see some more unique and interesting options.

Despite these suggestions for improvement, I still had a great time at the Regal Pavilion. The movie was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning to the theater in the future, and I hope to see some of these improvements implemented.
