We went on a tour of this beautiful rental adult community. The units were very clean and the appliances were relatively new. The actual living space is on the small side, but cost for both the rentals and purchases is very moderate and budget friendly. The ammenties that Coral Cay offers are outstanding.

Rented for about 4 years, then decided to purchase. All when we’ll until 15 days after the purchase did my first laundry discover water leaking plumer determine it was leaking for a long time now we have mold, then unwanted guest wore discover, exterminator found a hole that was kindly filled with Brillo pads and plastic bags and was the main entry point. Contact Coral Cay and obviously they was there hands and will not meat us 1/2 on the exterminator bill. They put the blame in there old tenant.
Word of advice if you purchase a home from then make sure to check everything, otherwise you will regretted. We trusted that everything was ok. Even though you purchase the home as is, is there job to make sure that the house is without any major issues. They clean the home prior to the inspection and that’s how they justify not repairing the hole. Blaming the inspection company and previous renter was all we got from them.
I still like the community, the sales person Mike try his best to do things right, we are disappointed with everyone else.

I don't understand why you have the options to both Pin a trip AND to place a widget on the home screen in order to have quick access to a trip, when neither the Pin NOR the widget remembers the departure or arrival date and time I input for said trip, causing me to virtually start all over again by inputting both the date and time. What an absolutely useless feature. Thanks for nothing but wasting my time and data.

Gated community, my mother in law lives here we come to visit at least once a year. Was here for a month, the pool for grand children was closed 25 out of 30 days. Luckily the 18 and over pool was opened up to everyone while they tried to fix it. Water got clean but pumps still don't work on either pool. Also why do all the old fogies purposefully go to the pool when they can hear children playing and say "Why are there kids here, I thought this was a 55 and over community." I felt like asking her do you not have grandchildren... And did you know there is a 18 and over only pool in the front.

This should be named a family park not 55 plus there are a lot of kids that live here from new borns up
