The Charter Club is an excellent place. We enjoy staying there every time. The staff and facility are fantastic and the view is so great. We eat at the room many times because there's no better place to see that sunset.

First of all, the staff at check-in was very friendly, polite and helpful. Even got into the condo a little early just by asking.
The entire place was kept very tidy and clean. Condo had a little bar area built in that was very well thought out. Loved the blend of old with the brand new regarding the interior. The blackout blinds in the main area and main bedroom definitely helped with sleeping in too.
The grounds are beautiful and the landscaping flowers/plants/shrubs/trees are marked with signs for the names of each. The free non- motorized equipment on the beach was a nice addition. Just needed to sign up for a time.
Will be going again as soon as we can.

This place is ok. Very outdated in comparison to the other properties on the beach and other HGVC properties-overall. The beds are hard as a rock and there isn’t a restaurant onsite. The Marriot Vacation Club is directly next door and their guests stay in state of the art building. While Marriot guests are enjoying dinner on the ocean at sunset, I’m grilling up hamburgers at the pool-kind of a buzzkill. I would pass on this property. I bet it was nice, 20 years ago but resort travel has modernized greatly since and this place is a swing and a miss.

The Charter Club is one of very few timeshares that you can say that the HOA is 100% dedicated to serve their owners or exchange guests! Which timeshare has free bikes, kayaks, paddleboards and Hobie Cat boat rentals? Which timeshare offers free sailing lessons? The Charter Club and... nobody else! WOW! Even though the rooms and appliances are a little dated and need a refresh, these free rentals more than compensate for these deficiencies. The pool area is very nice - our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

It is a timeshare resort that I was invited to by an owner. Lovely grounds, well kept property. The condo I was in is looking dated and needs a redo. They were tight with the supplies such as coffee filters. The hot tub was sometimes occupies with little kids, which was not supposed to be allowed. So, there is no monitoring. It has a great private walkway to the beach. Easy access about half a block away.
