Riverview Estates & RV Resort

What a beautiful park. The people are very nice and the location is incredible. What you get for the money is well worth it. We enjoyed living at Riverview. I would definitely recommend it.

I currently live in my RV at this park, and love it. The park is very neat, clean and quiet. There are many little dog lovers here as am I, and everyone I have met on my daily dog walks are kind to me. I'm very thankful for the several months I have had the pleasure of living here! Sadly, I just found out that I have to move away and I will surely miss this place, Michelle the property manager, and the community as a whole. If you are thinking about moving here, do! You won't regret it. I couldn't have been more satisfied.

It is in a great location, affordable and very pet friendly, plus I can walk out my driveway and see the Indian River and Pineda Causeway. We are 4.5 miles to the beach and very close to shopping areas. God put us here for a reason, that I am still trying to figure out.

Nice residents. Bad managers, assistants and owners who are horizon homes. Residents are 5*, prop manager s - points. Twice they had promised me a lot, accepted app and kept app fee. Then, 1st time... plumber issue. Delayed. No place to live, left area. 3 years later, app fee $75 for 55+ I now qualified for. Accepted it and me. 3 days. Then changed lot i selected AND increased lot fee 10% increase/month. 500 to 550 BTW.... Count on an annual increase. Stay away unless you like working for the people you pay to take care of the property

Lovely surroundings, friendly residents, close to everything, and good fishing in nearby pond! (See fish pics) Also, close to beach!

Nice mobile home park. Quiet surroundings and friendly people.

Was very pleased by the interaction with the residents. Unlike Seattle (no eye contact and never a word) the Riverviewers made me feel welcome.
