Oceanique Resort

Perfect place for quite beach vacation. Rooms were huge and clean. Had all you need. Amazing sunrise view. Close to local bars like Lous and key west. Lots of mom and pop restaurants in like morning glory. Clean pool and spa area. Short walk to beach. They have some chair and umbrella there at first co.e, first served. Short 20 min drive to cape area to see rockets taking off.

The rooms just aren't that cool because unless your on the end corner room balcony or up on the 3rd floor balcony u can't see the beach or the pool. Also the game rooms with pool table foosball ping pong etc doesn't stay open long at all, they close at 4p.m. which really sucks.

Wow second review. I'm a Capital Vacations Gold member and this resort is last on the list for places to stay. Property and 2 bedroom condo very nice. Problem is lack of good management\ownership. Arrived last night elevator did not work. Garage was dark and lit with red bulbs. Hallways also with red bulbs made it creepy. The front desk closed on Saturday at 3p.m. until Monday morning so no customer care, no lobby, nothing. WIFI only connects to mobile but not laptops. No movie channels in condos. The view from our room terrible. Could not see pool or beach.but great view of
noisy, rusty AC unit. Walked the property and most rooms in north building will not have a nice view. Have not seen even 1 employee on property first full day. This seems like a old Holiday Inn going out of business with ownership cutting back on expenses. If you are in search of a fun time at a resort, this is not it. Very basic with no frills. For non CV owners, not worth paying over $199 a night. Go elsewhere trust me.

Check-in is very simple, and parking is excellent both in and outside of the garage. Elevators are available, and the view from both buildings is amazing. It's a quick walk with private access to the beach as well as a nicely sized pool and spa. There are activities hosted by the office staff that we enjoyed, but it doesn't seem like many guests participate.

This hotel has a great view to watch ships arrive in and leave Port Canaveral, and we had the pleasure of watching two rockets launch during our stay!

The hotel is convenient to countless restaurants, bars and shopping. We will definitely be booking again!

Very good hotel. The apartment was very good. Beds very comfortable. Everything was veey clean. Full kitchen if you like to cook. The view for my balcony was very relaxing. If you like quiet places to have relaxing vacations this is the place.
The downside is that everything goes dark after the sunset, probably because they don't have any restaurants or night activities and the balconies don't have lights (I guess to protect the turtles).
I had a good time. I liked the cleanliness and the free parking. It was exactly what I was looking for.
They have employees, but they are very quiet too. If you need something they will definitely help you, otherwise they are veey discreet, you may not even notice they're there 😉

Great place to go and relax as a couple or with the family. This place is right off the beach so if you like looking at the ocean and hearing the sound of the waves, then this place will be a good fit for you. The staff are friendly and always willing to assist with any concerns, all rooms are kept very clean. Great place to stay for a week.

Great price for this condo. It’s extremely spacious for a Florida get away, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, quality cooking utensils included, awesome to have laundry in unit. Basic cable. The property itself is clean and well maintained. Loved the check in and check out process, was a breeze. Quick access to beach, and pool, although the ocean is rough, seems like there are rocks or low cement barrier along the edge, water is great if you love to surf waves😆. The property is close to lots of restaurants, shops and has easy access to highways for a trip to Orlando or even Miami. I would return to this location, it’s nice and quiet!! The condo is a bit dated only, if they removed the carpet and added hardwood floors, cleaned the couches would lose the light smell of mildew, only reason for 4 stars.

We enjoyed staying in our spacious room with an updated kitchen (new appliances and stocked with dishes and silverware) with a beautiful view of the beach! Also, our family enjoyed the pool area and beach access of Oceanique. The pool and beach access had pool/beach toys and chairs for guest use which was a nice touch! Although the accessibility to the beach and the pool area was great for vacationing, there were a few improvements that could’ve been made to make our experience better. For starters, the elevator was broken for the majority of our trip and with heavy suitcases and one of the family members being injured, this was a huge inconvenience. Another accommodation that was sub par was that the WIFI being extremely slow and the lack of smart TVs and fans in the unit.
