My partner and I had a 1 night stay, upon entering the room smelled very musty. We found a dead roach along with dead bedbugs (in the sheets). Left within the hour of checking in. However, clerk was accommodating but was not surprised by the news.

My husband and I stayed just one night in the end of May. It was late in the night, and Janice (I guess that is her name) was super nice with us. She was covering for her sister on the front desk. So even though she was not familiar with some process on checking in/payment she did a great job! The room was clean, we didn’t smelled anything bad and the bathroom was also super clean. We had to change rooms because the AC wasn’t working properly on the first. But Janice prompted made the change. I guess they remodeled the building, because everything looked nice, well painted, new furniture and super clean. The bad was comfortable and the shower was also nice. I didn’t find a hairdryer so Janice boroughs me hers. The location was perfect, right across the beach, close to a Walmart, there is a bar next to it too, with live music! It was a nice stay overall.

My boyfriend and I were planning on staying here for a couple days. We paid $250+ in advance. After receiving our key, we opened our room door to thousands of roaches all over the floors, counter, and walls. We didn't bother to even walk further into the room and immediately left. I don't doubt that there would be a bedbug issue either. The receptionist seemed unsurprised, as if this is a continuous issue she has to deal with. Fortunately, we were given a refund. Would not recommend staying here due to the variety of potential health hazards.

Great location for the price didn't notice two roaches but other than that the rooms were very clean right across the street from loose blues and very close walking distance to Walmart and other stores would definitely recommend

I've stayed in a lot worse when in the area. Expedia stated there was a pool and hottub, and I guess that's true if you include they are filled in with sand and grass is growing over it. The ac worked fine, the smell from the shower drain was a bit much, so a wet hand towel covering that helps (and keep the door closed while occupying the room). But other than that, I'd stay here again, the location is good, especially when waking early to surf.

Very inexpensive as compared to surrounding hotels. Beach access literally across the street. Had a flat tire and property manager offered to help fix it. Greatly appreciated that help. I'd stay again for another rocket launch.

When we checked in the office smelled of cigarette smoke. Though the room looked clean it smelted moldy and musty. We went to our event came back to pick up our bags tuned in the keys. Couldn’t stay the night. Got another accommodations. We will not go back.
