Black Market Minerals

This was a fun and inexpensive way to spend some time in Old Town. Memories were made, fun gems and a neat experience you can have right in the middle of Florida.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We brought our gems in when we were done and they told us what we found. It was exciting to hear them name off what we had.

The price was good. Small bag $5, medium $7 and a "mother load" $25. Pretty good value ❤❤

Nice Establishment. Definitely has a very nice selection of jewelry pieces. I plan to go back and spend $100 or more just on cool accent pieces.

I love Old Town and I've been to this shop a couple of times when I visit and I'm always excited to buy new crystals and jewelry but this time I was a bit disappointed. I bought a Amethyst bracelet from them that fell a part in less than 24hrs. The elastic band used to make it is very thin and cheap and the bracelet was not worth the money I spent on it. I have several other crystal bracelets that I've bought from other places for a similar/cheaper price that have lasted me years. There's no excuse for such a high price on a cheaply strung together bracelet. I wish I would have inspected it better before buying it because at this point my only options are to restring it myself or add it to my grave yard of beads. Also, be mindful of their tourist traps. Some of their stones are fake.

huge variety of crystal stuff, from bracelets to pendants. everything in here is so cool, i could stay all day. employees are all super nice, and everything is at a cheap price. defiantly recommend!

Went the other day and did a mineral mine bag, lucky strike. Well I must have stuck bad luck because all the bag had were small shards of odds and ends. I had maybe two or three "good" peices almost an inch long. Wouldn't recommend buying what you can't see I geuss.

We really loved this shop. Huge collection of rocks and minerals can't leave you indifferent. Lovely stone crafts, druses, crystals and nice staff make this shop just unique. Recommend!

I LOVE this store! It's not super expensive and they have so many stones. I don't like how they don't have books on the types of stones and there meanings and I think they should offer something like that.

Plenty of rocks and ideas for making cool jewelry and gifts. Alway fun and full of life here. My son loves to do the mining with the bags of dirt full of alkinds of stones and other cool things. Very friendly there.
