My wife, and I, stopped in to merely do a 6 month check-up on our jewelry. When we entered the store we were immediately greeted by Kristin, and Lauren. They were both so nice and helpful. Immediately Lauren checked the jewelry. She cleaned it and then certified the jewelry.

We so loved the cleanliness of the store and the overall atmosphere. We bought a wedding band we wanted for over a year. A Neil Lane band.

This visit was our first to THIS new Kay Jewelers, but not to Kay Jewelers. This store DEFINITELY maintains the impeccable standards we have grown accustomed to over the years.

Best jewelry shopping experience I’ve ever had. Awesome team there and always helpful, knowledgeable and patient. My fiancé and I have bought both our rings from this store and will always recommend them. Kelly Anne was awesome in helping us pick out an amazing Leo and a custom ring that I’m in love with. The manager was always helpful and awesome too. We are so glad this store came to Pace!

I recently went with my boyfriend to pick out an engagement ring here. I know that’s unconventional, but I was using the diamond from my moms engagement ring as the center stone so we decided to go together to pick it out. Everyone I worked with was so professional and seemed to genuinely want to find what I was looking for. They asked questions like “if you could change anything about this ring, what would it be?” They looked on their tablets to find something online and were patient as we looked through the in store selection. They addressed my questions and pulled my boyfriend aside to talk about pricing and make plans. They were so professional and we found a really perfect ring. Highly recommend Kay jeweler in pace!!!

This location is truly the best experience I have ever had! Kelly Anne has been extremely helpful and helped me and my fiancé pick out our rings. We had one we picked out in the store and one we made custom and everyone was so patient and helpful. We will always recommend this store and glad they were added to our community.

My husband purchased a necklace for me for Christmas from the Pace location. The necklace was for my open heart pendent. However, when we attempted to place the pendent on the necklace it would not go on, the clasp was to big. I called The Pace Kay Jewelers location and spoke with Renea. She said to come in and she would take a look at it. When I took it in she was able to get the pendent on the necklace. She was so fabulous throughout the whole experience. My husband has always purchased my jewelry from Kay Jewelers, and going forward we will use the Pace location. Great job and great customer service Renea. If you need jewelry go see Renea in Pace.

The customer service I received was highly dissatisfying at the Pace, FL location. I left my wedding band with Kay Jewelers to be cleaned which they have to send off location to do. They gave me an estimated window of 2 weeks. At 2 weeks and 1 day after not receiving any updates, I called the store and asked when my wedding band would be finished, the assistant manager told me it would be finished that day. It wasn’t. I called at 2 weeks and 2 days asking for an update and was told the same thing by the assistant manager again, it was to arrive that day. It didn’t. I called on 2 weeks and 3 days, asking the same. Was told the same thing. It didn’t arrive. At 2 weeks and 4 days, the assistant manager called to notify me that Kay Jewelers had lost my wedding band. The assistant manager then tells me she is going to re order my band and then have to send that band out for a resizing and that the process would take even longer. When I asked for a refund instead, I was told that the assistant manager would call me back but that she probably couldn’t “do that for me.” The assistant manager called me back an hour later saying she wasn’t able to give me a refund and that it’s not Kay’s fault they lost my wedding band but that it’s their carriers fault and not to blame them. When I told her “I lost my trust in Kay’s” she then proceeded to say that “Jared is not any better than Kay’s” and to just “stick with Kay’s.” After asking the assistant manager what my options were 6 different times she proceeded to tell me she was over nighting a new ring and that was all she could do. So I called corporate and filed a claim. Within 15 minutes of that claim being filed, the regional manager called me and notified me that she is able to give me a refund. It shouldn’t take me calling corporate for me to get my money back on a wedding band that was lost in your care. My trust in Kay’s has been lost along with my wedding band.

I had such a wonderful experience here buying rings for my love and I. The store manager Renee gave us amazing service and made the process easy. We didn't wait long for our rings to come in; everything was perfect. I will be returning to make more purchases from here. The quality of the rings and services are unmatched. Glad to make such a special decision with Kay Jewelers.

I am so happy they opened a store in Pace. I love the personal service I have always received from Renee and the staff at the Pace location. Everyone is always ready to help with any jewelry wants,desires or designs.
