Palm d oro jewelers has always been my go to store. They never fail to exceed expectations of pieces, prices, and customer service. I just recently came in with a vision in mind for a necklace and pair of earrings and needed it for a tight deadline for a special occasion for my girlfriend. They were able to make the piece even before the deadline and the piece was beyond amazing. They were able to just listen to what I was describing and knew exactly what I was looking for. On my way out I even stumbled across a gold chain that had an unbeatable price compared to retail and other stores and I just had to have it.

I have been here 3 times, once for a repair, once for a gold chain and then a watch. Their selection is great, prices are honest and very fair. I always feel like they are looking out for my best interest when making a purchase and are always very, very helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

The store is not a big chain, rather it is privately owned, and the service is personal & professional. A small store with a nice selection of merchandise; also a great place to have batteries in your watch changed, or a watch band resized by jewelers who know both fine watches, as well as everyday models. Right next to the Palmetto (826) and 67th. The owners speak English and habla Espanol.

A wonderful locally owned jeweler! I needed my engagement ring resized quickly, and they accommodated me by getting it done the same day at a very reasonable price. Most importantly, the quality was EXCELLENT. It’s hard to find this level of service nowadays (especially in Miami). If I could describe the store in one word, its QUALITY! I always come here for christmas and birthday presents and they never disappoint. However, where they really shined was I bought an engagement ring, let me tell you buying a ring is crazy complicated but with Palm D'oro in your corner, you'll be an expert. You won't find another jewelry store as knowledge as this.
