I took my date just on a jubilee bracelet to Juan Carlos to get it cleaned up and see what he could do about the stretch on the bracelet. He told me he could get it back to its original condition, so I gave him the watch and said let me know when it’s ready. During the time it took him to get the bracelet dialed back in he would call or text me to give me updates, which speaks volumes to his incredible customer service. I picked up my watch last Friday and I was in shock at the results. The bracelet is as tights as if it came from factory, and I couldn’t be happier. Juan Carlos thank you for getting my watch perfect!

J Jewelers is a first class jewelry store, the set up is one of a kind. The owner Juan Carlos, his wife and staff are A1 genuine people that take care of their clients. I bought my first Rolex here and now my Wife to Be's engagement ring and wedding ring. He got it done in a week specially made to my likings. I wouldn't go anywhere else if it's not J Jewelers, they're truly for the people and treat you more than just a customer, like family.
