I first went to see Marisa at Snow's Jewelers to repair a necklace that I loved. Her father and her are super professional and welcoming. Their store has a beautiful collection of jewelry from different talented "art creators", as I call them. Marisa is an excellent sales lady. She is informative but not pushy. You will end up purchasing what you really want and not because she "sold" it to you, but because of its quality craftsmanship. They back up their satisfaction too,, one bracelet that I purchased there had a flaw a few weeks after purchase. Marisa told me to bring it back no questions asked. The customer service is amazing.. I highly recommend you stop by their store in Miami lakes, this is where you can find this sweet daughter and dad team.

My husband and I have been customers of Snow’s Jewelers for over 10 years. From their quality pieces to their custom work, it’s all absolutely stunning. They designed my engagement ring for me and it’s absolutely gorgeous. It is now 10 years later, and I just took it in, and they did an amazing job cleaning, repairing and resizing it. I’m Thrilled with how it looks and I am so glad I can always count on them to deliver amazing quality and products.

Am really happy with Snow Jewelers, they fix and clean my father's watch that was pass to me, and help me find the watch to pass to my son as tradition, I also got a beautiful custom ring, sized and engraved, for me, the owner Gary was very helpful, the staff knows what they doing, I am more than happy to find this kind of service , glad to be, now, a client of Snow Jewelers. It was my first time visiting Snow’s Jeweler’s and I can honestly say, the have made a life long customer out of me. I went in inquiring about fixing a screw back of an earring, in hopes that I wouldn’t need it replaced. Ms. Marisa was not only honest about the expectations but she was very understanding and sincere about it.
I had explained I needed the earrings for an event but Ms. Marisa explained how it wouldn’t be ready in time, however, she was VERY helpful and assisted me in finding mea set of earrings that were beautiful and very affordable. And I must say, I received many compliments about the earrings I purchased at Snow Jeweler’s. Not just the jewelry but the customer service given was hands down wonderful and all the more reason I recommend the family owned company and will continue to recommend them to anyone I meet and know. They go hand in hand with their jewelry. Beautiful and impeccable.

Let me take a moment to thank Snow's Jewelers for their courtesy, professionalism and quality of work. They just completed maintenance and repairs to my late grandfather's Rolex, a priceless family heirloom which I would trust in no one's hands but for Snow's Jewelers. They repaired it, polished it, and returned it looking like it just came out of the box. Best of all they worked quickly and at a very fair price. I’ve been visiting Snow’s Jewelers for years now. It is the only jewelry store I will trust to clean and service my wedding ring and other jewelry. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my diamonds. They also have a very unique selection and variety of jewelry. The fact it is family owned and operated makes me feel more secure in my dealings with them. I highly recommend Snow’s Jewelers!

Snow's Jewelers have been around a long time. They advertised in my high school yearbook in 1965. When my wife's watch broke, I did not hesitate to contact them. I saw that Snow's repaired the brand of watch she wore. They did it quickly and were very reasonable. The trust was there knowing that they are an established business that was not going to send it to a factory. They had the capabilities of repairing it on their premises. This is the type of business I grew up with and would recommend anyone who has expensive watches to use them. When they finished the repair on the watch you would have thought it was brand new. All that was missing was the original green tag that comes with a Rolex.

I just recently visited their store in Miami Lakes and can say it was a wonderful experience. They are so welcoming and truly go out of their way to make you feel special. I love my necklace and will recommend them to all my circle of friends as well as anyone looking jewelry. Thank you Snows!
