They overcharge you for everything their piercings are unsanitary it’s just insane 🤦🏽‍♀️ There buy 3 get 3 each is also a fraud. When I got my ear pierced the earring cost 78$ and they gave us a coupon for 20% off and it was suppose be like 58$ but they lady “put the coupon in” and it was still 78$ DONT GO THERE ITS A FRAUD SAVE YOUR SELF THE TIME AND MONEY 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡if I could rate 0 stars I WOULD‼️

Really bad assistance. Worker accused 4 girls of stealing when they were looking for a face mask to put on. She thought the girls put something in her bag. She even called security when they went back to buy some phone cases. She was rude and had an attitude at checkout.

I was there with my little princess for a piercing one of the staff Rocio take care on doing excellent job highly recommend Thanks Rocio my princess is very happy

This location has the best employees! Always helpful and super nice, and we appreciate that.
This location has had a great selection every time we have gone in. And the store is always clean and tidy. things aren’t just thrown all over the place like I see in many other retail stores. This Claire’s has become a frequent stop for my daughter and I. 🥰🥰

Although the store seemed in tact, My mom and I received terrible service. For the employee working on 06/05/2021 , we were waiting 10+ minutes and apparently she was the only worker. She was doing an ear piercing and instead of checking us out real quick she continued to talk to the customer with no rush at all and took her sweet time to take care of us. Eventually we had to leave and on the way out we heard her speak in spanish about to the other customers and FYI we also speak spanish. horrible and rude. If i knew her name I would like to speak to a supervisor. Very unprofessional.

Very good day a Claire's. My daughter got ears double piercing as a birthday gift. The young lady who did it was very nice professional. Very informed and very nice.

Haven't been to a Claire's in years. It was great to run into super cute things for girls.

It was great the customer service was good and friendly the lady did a great job with my 2month old granddaughter
