Meadow Walk Apartments

Lived here for almost a year. The neighborhood is very peaceful, safe and full of nearby shops and places to go. The park is a nice touch and is a great place to relax.

The apartments a beautifully designed and have a minimalist appeal which I like.

The laundry room coverage is great around the complex and I like that they use a card based system that can be refilled at any time.

The neighbors were always friendly and the staff were always on top of things. I recall a time when a package was received but somehow it wasn’t signed in and it required me inquiring several times before they checked and found it.

The lot gets full fast after working hours, but there is plenty of free street parking so it’s not a big deal.

Overall a great place to rent, especially if you work nearby. In my opinion, you can’t go wrong with any of the Graham properties in the area.

Only leaving 4 stars because the walls are very thin but it is truly a wonderful place to live - especially if it’s your first time moving out like me. All the way from the application process, to moving in & being a resident after almost a month, I can honestly say I am super happy & blessed to be living in Meadow Walk. Terri & Suzy are extremely helpful, patient & kind when I had any questions & whenever I ever needed help with something. There is always plenty of parking, dogs are welcome, there’s a beautiful park, & everything is súper nearby! Having Main Street in our backyard is a delight. I recommend living here if you are looking! Apartments are spacious and modern. Thank you to Terri who helped me from the very beginning!

I was fortunate enough to be able to get an apartment in Meadow Walk. I was very persistent in checking up on availability until I was finally able to put it an application & ultimately get approved. It was weird applying for an apartment i’d never seen in person but I have ZERO regret. Absolutely obsessed with the space & the area. I couldn’t have done it without the help of Terri & Suzie, so incredibly patient & helpful every single step of the way. They celebrated with me when I heard I got approved & came in on move in day. Such an amazing community & team. Very grateful for my experience thanks to these amazing ladies. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in Miami Lakes!

I have only lived here for a little over a month now, but I have to say my partner and I have been very happy so far! From the moment we started our application to picking up our keys, the staff has been nothing but helpful and supportive. During the application process they were extremely communicative and encouraging, answering any and all questions with kindness and patience. When picking up our keys and reviewing the apartment one last time we noticed a small problem with the handle of a window, and they fixed it immediately even though it was not urgent. Then a few weeks ago our toilet was running and the maintenance crew came the same day and fixed the issue. Just a great place in an amazing area, our view overlooks the park and pond. My only slight complaints are that the walls are pretty thin and small bugs can get in under the front door - but sound comes with apartment life and we simply bought something to put under the door to prevent bugs. A great place, we feel so lucky to have gotten an apartment here!

This has been such an amazing process, Suzie and Teri truly set the tone. Moving here was something I thought would be grueling and tedious. I was wrong. The whole process was awesom. Suzie kept in touch the entire time updating us about the progress.
Parking is probably the worst thing we’ve experienced so far but that’s not terrible. Off street parking is very convenient.

I just moved to meadow walk a month ago and all I can say is that I am very happy with the apartment, maintenance and also the management.

The people at the front office/leasing are awesome. They are always willing to help and make everything feel easier for you.

Property is always clean and safe.
