Bought a Zodiac watch online, and the service and communication was simply fabulous. The Store Manager Claudia in particular, handled every query and request with absolute professionalism and pure grace. Highly recommended. Thank you Miami Lake Jewelers!

I’ve been in sales for awhile now and I have to say that my first week training here was the worst experience of my life. Not only did the store manager threaten my employment with the company unjustly but he also went on to call me later on that day to fire me and hang up with no reason as to why I was let go. To anyone trying to work here, just DONT. The store you train at is full of people that don’t want to help you, they just give you looks as if bothered by your existence. They force you to learn a weeks worth of training material in two days. The hiring manager Leo is highly unprofessional, he will address you in very unprofessional manner and even goes a step further to insult and threaten. For example: training videos were to be completed by a certain day, but the website doesn’t always load correctly or there’s usually errors with the videos . The training manager Laurie was informed by MANY of the trainees that the site wasn’t working. We were told to move on to the ones that do work. The following day the hiring manager comes in and starts to tell all the trainees how disappointed he is in us because we didn’t complete everything everything in two days and goes on to say that he expects more from us and so on etc. the training manager took no responsibility for what she told us about moving forward with the training website and let us take the blame. Later on the day the hiring manager singled me out of the 6 people that were training along with me to insult me and to say exactly these words “I have a profile on indeed with hundreds of applications, don’t make me regret hiring you” I couldn’t believe he said that and that wasn’t the first time he addressed me in that manner either. I have since then tried to contact a higher up on several occasions, even leaving voicemails but no response. Overall worst experience I’ve ever had in a work place . HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and would never recommend working for or buying from Pandora or Miami Lakes Jewelers EVER.

I had a great experience. I purchased several Pandora charms online. On one order they sent me the wrong one accidentally but were very quick to make it right and shipped me the correct charm right away along with a refund for the shipping. They have a wide selection which you won’t find in many other Pandora stores. I will definitely be buying from them again.

I have had a very good experience at this jewerly. Last time Julio made a good job!!! He is one of the best in customer service. He always try to give you a solution and loves what he does!! THANKS JULIO! I wish everyone in the field were like you!!!

My experience with Pandora and my sales rep, Danna Rivera was superb. Customer service was excellent, the store was clean and the atmosphere overall was great. Ms. Rivera’s attitude was great, she was patient with me picking out my charms, overall she was very professional. I love visiting and shopping at Pandora. I would highly recommend this particular store to shop at. ❤️ Thanks again Danna Rivera, you put a smile on my face 😊

Do yourself a favor and don’t shop here. They are liars and will deceive you just to get a sale. My husband bought me a Michelle watch there for Christmas. He asked her if it was ok for us to exchange or return the watch in case I didn’t like it and she said yes, you have 30 days. We return to see her the next day after Christmas to exchange the watch for a smaller face and get it sized. From the moment we walked in the blonde lady in the front was rude and said we are not allowed to return it without even asking what we wanted to do. I knew from that moment our experience with this place was going to be terrible and I wasn’t wrong. We proceeded to look at watches and selected the one I liked. They proceeded to make the exchange and didn’t notify my husband that he will not get the initial 10% off the exchange watch and it was basically an even exchange. Of course we got upset because they first didn’t say anything just proceeded to do the exchange and than when asked all they said was a manager needed to approve the exchange. To make a long story short we are still waiting for a manager to call and our difference to be credited back. This is our second purchase there and last. They should also hire better personal, the blonde lady was super rude, the lady that helped us out genuinely felt bad but two days later and not even a call.

Extremely dissatisfied with the store and the way they treat and take care of customers. Purchased a very expensive Tacori engagement ring a year ago and the prongs are already broken and the store will not take responsibility. Very unhappy with the service and i do not recommend this place.
