My wife had been to Kathein Jewelers in the past and were very happy with the service and experience level. We needed an Eternity ring repaired. Ari looked at it, explained the issues and what it would take to fix/correct the ring. Here is where Kathein is different than an everyday Jeweler. It was then pointed out that to just repair would not solve an underlying issue and that it is likely to have problems in the future based on how it was initially built/made. It would have been very easy to fix and repair and collect a fee. Customer would be happy and Kathein paid for services. Ari pointed out the flaws and why we should do more than just "fix it" What he did not know was that we had a similar issue with the ring years ago.

Kathein did the right thing for us in the long run.

I was in the store in December to use my gold to make 2 designer gold rings. I said it was okay to wait until after Christmas, I understand the Season crazy’s here. So after Christmas was fine. Design approved in January. I was delayed for Valentine’s Day. I was told I would kept up to date. THIS HAS NOT HAPPEN! It is my understanding that st Patrick’s day doesn’t have any jewelry designation. So since mid January I have been waiting for a two week job to be completed. This is going on for almost THREE MONTHS. I will never trust Ali to tell me the truth. I may not be spending a lot of money on this trip. But my expectations that was made a plan are not happening. I will never deal with them again

Let's just start this off by saying I am knowingly and admittedly a "high maintenance" client. I am extremely particular. I went to Kathein Jewelers looking to create a custom ring, using my existing stones from my wedding set. I had specific requests. This quaint family-run business is a hidden gem (pun intended). While somewhat small, they are customer-friendly and 100% accommodating. During each visit to the store, I witnessed them giving each client focused attention, really tuning into the client's wishes and desires. I had a specific vision in my head but had difficulty articulating that to Avital and Ari. Somehow, they magically became mind-readers. Avital tirelessly communicated with me until the final product was just perfect. It literally brought me to tears. My ring is now the envy of all my peers! I could not be happier!

Wonderful, honest, friendly service. I had a custom diamond band made and it’s perfect. Ended up spending less and liking it much better than anything I saw at other jewelry stores.

Visiting Marco Island. I needed a watch batterY and when they opened my watch it had been closed improperly and had film inside. Mr Kathein cleaned and replaced my battery for $5. A real blessing today. Thank you for your kindness. I will be back!

We weren’t expecting to find a wonderful jewelry store in Marco Island after a poor experience in Naples. Kathein is different. They genuinely listen, care, and provide superb customer service.
They beautifully modified the bail of an existing pendant for a thicker necklace they recommended. We also found a second complimentary necklace. My wife is very happy with the new look. Kathein has a wonderful selection of unique pieces and the latest styles at fair market prices.

Wish I knew about this place sooner. They definitely gained a new faithful customer today. Highly recommend.

Would HIGHLY recommend. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a jewelry store. I cannot say enough for the kindness and patience they had for me. Their prices are amazing and they not only have a huge selection, but they were able to custom make a piece for me at a fraction of the price that other jewelry stores would charge. One thing I noticed my many times going in there was that they knew almost everyone by name and treated them as if they were part of the family. They are so passionate about what they do and it makes the experience of purchasing all the more fun. I can see why they have so many repeat customers!!!
