Horrible customer service. They lie about when your grill will be ready. When your grill is “ready” it most definitely WONT FIT! I drove an hour to the Broward location, waited patiently, came to pick them up and BOOM, didn’t fit. I was promised they would be ready the following day so I drive and hour AGAIN!!!! STILL DONT FIT!!!! Only to be promised that it will be ready the next day! I’m sure it will be something else by the time I’m told “it’s ready” again. Don’t spend your money with these people. If you can find ANY other option….. DO SO!!!! This place is ridiculous and they really don’t care at all

Question: Where do I go to get molded that’s worth the money and good customer service? It’s a lot of negative comments on this place and I’m scared to go to them now. If anyone has suggestions, please respond.

This place gave me the worst quality grill i have ever gotten. I took it and got it tested at 2 different places and turns out i didn't even get the karat i asked for. On top of that it took me over 8 months to get my product after they messed up my order 3 different times. I kept having to send my grill back to get it right. Each time taking months to come back. If you pay for 14k or 18k or anything higher, you will still only get 10k. I suggest going to another gold grillz company. This place is unprofessional, cheap, and nothing but scammers.

Was excited to get a grill from them at first. Got molded in the atl location initially was told 90 days, I waited went to pick up the grill it didn’t fit. Got remolded was told two more weeks took another 90 days. Went to pick it up today grill still doesn’t feel fit I feel like they sent they same grill back without altering it. Worst experience ever would not recommend them.

My experience was bad I went I already had golds I wanted to add on to the ones I had to make it 10 & 10 but I had real golds before I went to them when they made mines it was the dental golds it wasn’t real they cheated me out my real golds & gave me fake ones & it didn’t fit & I stay 2 hours away & they take forever I’m disappointed I wasted my money for nothing & got fake golds now I gotta buy a whole new set somewhere else it’s not worth it with them

My first experience buying a grill
I give my experience a 2 star.
I only gave them a 3 because Kristine was very nice, helpful, and understanding throughout the whole process.

I was located out of state and received mines in the mail. I am not impressed with the quality at all each time I received and had to send my grill back. I went back and forth with this company for over 3 months due to inconveniences receiving my grill. There’s a team of people making these grills so you just never know how your grill will come out because everyone there apparently does it in their own way.

My tips for dealing with them is listed.
- make sure to get a professional mold if you really want to avoid issues. don’t do the mold kit that will kill all the future inconveniences.
- make sure to speak with someone to make sure they have your order right because they will give you something you didn’t pay for even when it’s written down. It happened to me.
- if you want the quality you see online don’t do the shipping just drive there to pick it up. Going through the mail you take the risk of getting back all smudged with no “out of the box” look anyone would want.

Do not shop with this company!! Completely unprofessional! Worst customer service experience I have ever had by far! They are scamming people out of hundreds of dollars and not responding when you ask for updates. Oh and the "owner" likes to post comedy skits on Instagram making fun of customers who have been waiting months for their order. Do not waste your money at any of their locations.

Also they only allow you to pay cash so you cannot dispute the charge with your bank. Hopefully they are not allowed to continue operating so poorly. Gold Money Grillz is a joke! 0 stars

I went with my husband to get him a grill for his birthday at the Jacksonville location. He was molded and told 3 weeks on 7/17/21. After 3 weeks we went to get his grill and we’re told it’s “in the oven”. We have been calling every week and have received the same answer…10 weeks later. If they can’t handle the demand they shouldn’t continue to take orders or at least be honest with the customers when taking the orders.
