John and Daphney were so helpful and friendly. I thought I needed a new battery for my watch so I brought it in. It turned out the old battery was still good and the stem on the watch was not pushed in right. They didn't charge me because they are honest reputable people. The jewelry they have is GORGEOUS and priced accordingly. Definitely would shop there.

Had a broken chain ,brought it in for repair. Chain was 24" and I got back 21.5". It weighed the same but was significantly shorter. I called and asked why. the response was "are u accusing me of stealing links?" NO I just wanted an explanation why my chain is now 3inches shorter. I feel like I was shown a magic trick. The repair was amazing but I don't know why I was shorted gold. The Size was 24" and weighted 27 when I brought it in. I Got back 21" and it still weighed 27. Sorry but the 1 star review is because I was not told that I might get back a chain that is 3" shorter. Basically give me back my 24". I want the chain to be 24 inches the same length I brought it in AND the store said I got back 24"s when that's a lie.

Went in to remove a link from a watch and Daphnee (I hope I'm spelling that right, sorry otherwise!) was so king and welcoming! I felt like a valued costumer and the whole procedure was done right in front of me so I knew my items were being treated with care. I definitely recommend this place!
