Just called them. Someone answered, hello. I asked is this Mai Thao Jewelry? Because she did not give company name. She sayed yes can I help you. I sayed I have jewelry and old gold watches left in an inheritance.Are you interested in looking.The women was rude and quick.I than asked if they had qualified appraiser.She interrupted me and rudely answered we dont buy watches and do not have appraisers.I told her I have lots of rings and gold then she just hung up.??m

I’ve bought a few items here. It’s always a great experience and the staff are lovely. I got these gold earrings in the picture during an event at Mai Thao. They’ve lasted so long and I always get compliments! There is a large selection of earrings, necklaces, rings.. especially engagement rings! I definitely recommend popping in if you plan to pop the question!!

My experience with Mai Thao Jewelry was great. Beautiful location with inviting and helpful staff. Purchased gold hoops and the quality is excellent, I wear them almost every day!

I am looking for a diamond engagement ring. I entered the the store and there was someone attending to the customer at the counter. I was told to come back later. The store was busy, so that was very poor customer service. So I left. There are other jewelry stores around that actually help customers and want to sell diamond rings.
