My Service today was Excellent.

The Girl at the Fabric Counter cutting the fabric. Was a huge help.

She helped me to pick out Dress Fabric for our Pattern for an Historic Apparel Line we are designing. We needed to have a fabric that flowed for a Woman's Dress...she was GREAT!!!

I am sorry I forgot her name she was working Sunday morning in the Coconut Creek needs. SUNDAY April 10th.

She had patience and listened to our needs.

She is great!!! Please thank her for us.

Incredible place. I entered an on line order and drove there when I was informed the order was ready. Less than 5 minutes after I checked in a very nice gentleman came to my car with the order. Service and efficiency at the highest level.

This review applies to my in-store and online experience. Staff is a hit or miss. I met very rude "I don't care to be here" cashier's to very nice and helpful ones. However, returning online purchases is a nightmare (Not the staff's fault). Expect to wait awhile. Their system is not updated to handle online returns which makes no sense, especially when you get an email with a return scan code. The website is laggy, buggy and inaccurate, including the app. Numerous I had bought items indicating it was in stock in store for pickup or online purchase just to find out it's sold out. When they do have it, the shipping can be delayed for a week or more. I have items arrived broken so again returning online purchases is another hassle. They need to update their systems, fix all the glitches in their website and app.

I came to this location with my wife and it was a very unpleasant experience. The “Manager” Valerie was super rude and very unprofessional. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there and when my wife asked her a simple question she seemed so bothered at the fact she was asked a question. We’ve been there a couple of times and every time, Valerie was either yelling at a fellow employee or yelling at a customer. Stay away from this location (or call beforehand to make sure Valerie is not working).

Love this place for all things craft. Just wish they had more of a selection. Most of the aisles are always empty. And the deals are so specific good luck actually getting one. All employees are wonderful and helpful!

It was like a heaven when u entered this place. So much arts and crafts material and fabric of you're into sewing. Very huge place. Highly recommended 👍
