Dollar General

Cory is a very good employee anytime I have questions or need anything she is always there to help me. I think she should get a raise and she works very hard compared to the rest of them... She always has a smile on her face and you very nice and kind to people even when they're rude and disrespectful back. I highly recommend y'all give her a raise I really appreciate that you have a great employee like that working there. It's been a long time since y'all have had someone like that!! The minister is awesome very nice and kind and very polite compared to the other one. Recommend her to get a raise as well. and I'll be checking in to see if any one of the corporate store has reviewed them for a raise and if not I will have to go a lot farther and higher up and I will. Thank you for your wonderful employees and a new management!!! the only bad thing is that we have cops sitting out there not doing anything but wasting taxpayers money when they should be out doing their jobs, the arresting people, but it seems everyone in this town knows how to do that when it comes to the cops they think they're higher end but they need a reality check

I was surprised at the size of this store! The employee that was working was very helpful and nice the whole time we we're shopping. I had my 15yr hyper daughter with me, being very loud and giggling, thankfully no one said anything about it. There was one employee working the store that day, stocking shelf, running the cash register and helping customers and he did an awesome job making sure everyone was taken care of on a timely matter.

It's the handiest store to have near by as it carries most anything you'd need in a pinch. The Oak Hill store has difficulty keeping a lot of items in stock, which often take weeks, even months to appear again. Also the isles are often full of boxes & carts of inventory. It's like shopping thru an obstacle course. Some of the clerks are fantastic, knowledgeable and fast. Some are painfully slow and completely unhelpful, utterly unmotivated to even try to be. This store has a lot of busy spells with long lines, but it's also the only store of it's kind, in town. The next nearest grocery store is about 8 miles away, and the next closest Dollar store is a little further up the road then that. This Dollar store is not enforcing masks, even though their signage clearly states masks are required.

Service was good . except they had not dollar General bags to put stuff in . they did use garbage bags and gave an apology for inconvenience. Store had meny carts sitting in isles with manager doing her best to get thing put away. I'll give 5 stars for HARD WORK

The workers seem nice enough. This place is good to get things fast. Also it's the only place that had been open after 8pm since this COVID-19 thing started up and the state closed down.

The down side? The druggies like to hang here though. Especially after dark.

The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful if I asked him where something was he would take me right to it he knew exactly where everything was he was very helpful and very kind and very friendly and I am not even from Florida I'm from Wisconsin and we bought a trailer home so we're trying to get it all set up and buy all the essentials we need and he was he was generally very very nice I commend him for his helpfulness

I like this place. It's right around the corner from where we stay so I just buzz to it anytime I need something small. The staff are friendly, except the one cashier See-era? Seira? Suriea? She judges me for getting coconut water. Haters gone hate.
I'm jk, she's great, she needs a raise though. They all do. It's always busy here and they stand the whole time.

I love Dollar General overall, but have to give it less than a stellar review because the exterior is always full of trash and rubbish. The employees are friendly and helpful and I would rate them a 5. The parking lot and bushes, however, are just full of trash. Also, the side lot looks suspiciously like homeless are using it for a campsite. Other nearby Dollar General Stores are much neater and clean outside. Please! Someone take the reins and clean our store up!
