Purchased 1/2 plywood and Tapcons to board up for Hurricane Irma. Had brought my 14 yr old daughter with me for some muscle however we were both pleasantly surprised when we found out they load your order for you. ProBuild could not have been any more helpful. Thanks

i needed a 4x6x16 for a swing set, Stopped by Home Depot and Lowes first and was told they don't carry and couldnt order it to the store, i would need to go to a Tampa store over an hour away. I called ProBuild and the lumber was ordered the same day with delivery to my address set up for when i wanted. The entire process took 3min. Couldnt have asked for better.

We contacted this company in October 2018 about some expensive sliding glass doors we had purchased. The lock broke on one of the doors. Come to find out we did not receive the high end doors we had paid for. We received another brand cheaper doors. After 7 months they said they could not help us even though the doors were still under warranty. Their company had changed hands. What happened to good customer service? What happened to standing behind your product? We got riped off and they don’t care. Terrible customer service. I am sure Lowe’s would have bent over backwards to make it right.

Bought cabinets here with my contractor for a kitchen remodel. Allison was very helpful and did a fantastic job! We had a few issues with the cabinets. ( fault of manufacturer) they where replaced no questions and I have a beautiful kitchen..

This place is not only for the pros . The regular diy homeowner can also get excellent lumber, door, siding and many other things at a better than average price. Service is also exceptional.

I haven't had the pleasantry or doing business with this company yet , but I was on the phone ,...for two minutes max . This is a very professional and pleasant place and people who care. Know one had reasonable prices for 4'*8' , 3/4 , thick sheets of birch and he had the answers I needed (he had it and it beat all and any prices I have found at just over 90 a sheen and 10 or more the price will be reduced.
I can't wait to do business with Builders FirstSource.
