It's a little hard to find stuff for someone who may just have been in once or twice. I like the sales and pricing and the store is very clean and we'll stocked. Bought several shop lights. They are beautiful in my she shed. Coupons were easy to use also which I appreciate. Staff is very kind and helpful. Recommend getting shop lights here! Great pricing. 😎

Was a wonderful shopping experience.. sales associates were extra friendly, helping me locate everything I was looking for; even at check out, they knew their was a special going on with Bauer tools, even though the register didn't recognize my purchase, but made sure I got the twenty dollars off for the tool, charger, and battery purchase! Thank you! Nowadays, that's a quarter tank of fuel! So my 70 mile one way drive south to Pensacola paid for itself, with the savings at harbor freight.. will definitely be returning to this location in Pace, as it is a straight shot down from evergreen, AL.. thanks again..

Never anything in stock at this store. I always have to go to 9mile Harbor Freight or Northern Tool. I really think it's the management at this store. Needs new management that knows how to order to keep the shelves full of stock. Not wasting my time at this store anymore.

Every time I shop here I am greeted when arriving, the store is clean and the shelves are stocked, the associates are available and helpful and the cashiers are pleasent and efficient. Tools and supplies from basic to very good, all priced below comparable products at the big box stores.

Store managers are either overwhelmed or just doesn't know how to run a store. I bought a mixer that was missing pieces. I called to ask for parts if they have them. The wait for 30 minutes was not too bad. The fact that the day of work was wasted building mixer and phone call. The store manager was very unprofessional when it rang back to an associate who then transferred me to the store manager who stated" come on man, come get your part. I got caught up with something. Come get yo part." Outstanding professionalism!!! Bought the larger mixer with better hopes the next day. After purchasing the mixer. The store manager said it was on the truck. Come back in an hour.....hahaha. I called 2 hours later to get call back in thirty minutes....second work day wasted. Finally went to Lowes and paid a little more but don't regret it one bit considering the garbage I went through causing a hold on the job for two days...wow harbor freight got outstanding logistics team...lesson learned.

They have good prices for there tools but you get what you pay for. Don't expect the tools to last very long. Not meant to use for commercial work more for the home owner tools.

Our first time at Harbor Freight in Milton and it was nothing but smooth sailing having Josh help us out. He went the extra mile to get us what we came there for. From checking the back stock for multiple choice of engines, carrying it out and loaded up in the truck even though we kept trying to help, and the best part was he saved us $200 by searching for coupons on the internet we didn’t even know existed. Josh thank you so much for all you did today and someone needs to give this man a promotion!
