I visited The Power Place today about 5 minutes before the store closed, and Mr. David Presas received us with a big welcome. He took a lot of time to inquire about our needs and to recommend the best machines for us. He is incredibly knowledgeable about his stock and made excellent recommendations. I was also very impressed that he showed no impatience about the fact that we kept him an hour after his closing time, and was so pleasant, professional and extremely helpful the entire time. The shop is in an excellent location, and offers a very diverse range of Stihl products. Of course, we know that the quality is the best, and now, this experience has been really topped off with the exceptional service we received here today!

Two years ago, my husband was in search of a STIHL dealer in Miami when we came across this store online. We’ve been shopping here ever since! The customer service is exceptional... David is truly a customer service champion! The family oriented business treat its customers “just like family “. Every time we visit Miami, we make it priority to come by and make a purchase. The service is just that good! The products are affordable and top quality! We will definitely recommend this store hands down! Is not common to find excellent customer service now at the stores... but when the shop is run by the owner, customer service goes the extra mile. Having the best products and prices... its for sure the unique stop for lawn and power equipment
