Stopped by here while visiting the area. We needed to pick up something for our travel trailer and came here. Staff greeted us right as we walked in and when asked what we were looking for immediately came out to help us find it. Definitely an A+ for customer service!

Wow so they carry nearly everything I've always needed. Small store may just keep a couple things you need to keep room for all the other things. You broke it they can fix it.

Large selection. Friendly staff. Store was clean and well organized.

This place doesn’t deserve 1 star. They sold me a Thermostat for my AC. I hired an AC man to come install it. He stated the Thermostat did not work and I should return it due to defective product. I went to the Oldtown Hardware store with the receipt and they stated there is nothing they can do and would not take back the product. The manager suggested I should call the company where they made it and maybe they could send me a coupon.
This place is a joke. So beware of this place. I would suggest going to Walmart and stay clear of this place.

Not the most knowledgeable staff. Sometimes they don't have a clue as to what they are talking about. Stock has been very hit or miss last year or so.

Helped me get parts for a plumbing problem but it didn't work and had to get more parts elsewhere. Not there fault I don't think.

This place is great for everything I ever need to buy or figure out how to fix. They are very courteous at all times and don't hesitate to jump in and help like when I had to figure out how to take something apart to fix a part inside a remote.

A little pricey but they have what I need. And the staff is very knowledgeable. They are always on hand to help you with your needs. It is also nice to have a couple beautiful women on hand to make your shopping experience pleasant 😊
