Customer service has to be dragged out of the employees. Worse u have to walk the store all over to find some help and the attitude is not helpful or unprofessional

Products are good quality but when they say days range to deliver it's usually at the end, they should just say that instead of giving a range. Oh yea, the yearly membership does not help with delivery times either!

Northern Tool is a great place to shop. I have shopped at both North Miami and Pompano Beach stores, and the personnel are always very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I also like their website and the ability to pick up my items at the store free of charge. I particularly like their Gravel Gear clothing and boots.

I spent a great deal of time researching a quiet compressor. Nothern Tool was the best deal. Great explanation on site, easy to order, and great reviews.

No good at all .. for me 0 start .. I bought power wash 3 months ago and now is liking oil so I bring them back to the store and I have to paid $54 dollars for they take to warranty service to see if I still have warranty... I don't recommend that store go to home depot or lowest they deal better with customers......

Miss leading; web site has same item I just order plus M12 ratchet and battery. When I went to check out with it was no longer offer. When the promotion is no longer available it should be removed from website. Almost order from another location.
