If its not one thing its another. The sauna is broken. Last time i went the movie room was broken. Why am i paying extra if i can’t get the whole experience. What i do love is the yoga class and the staff is really nice / helpful. They have a lot of machines and in the morning its not that crowded .

Started coming here for a few months now and I love this place. The manager and staff is phenomenal. I signed up for the personal training and Mike has really been training me well when I have no workout experience. This gym is making good changes, always clean and the atmosphere is comfortable.

I've been coming to this gym for some time now and there have been a lot of positive changes as of lately. The gym has worked on staffing up and regular maintenance to keep the floor and locker rooms clean. Members seem to be more motivated to come to this club.

The ladies' sauna needs to be fixed ASAP! It has been unusable for over a month now. I noticed the "Out of Order" sign was removed after several complaints to management. However, there is no heat in the sauna. Also, the movie room feels like a sauna on any given day. So much so, that the door can never be closed. This should be addressed.
Overall, this is a pretty good gym. It is always clean, the floor equipment is well maintained, classes are fun and the staff members provide good customer service. My hope is that the experience at this gym does not deteriorate. The sauna is a key feature and must be in working order to keep members happy.

Loved this gym location!! Such a nice staff, and clean gym. They also have the first AI personal trainer called Altis! Had so much fun using this!

Awesome gym. The employees are very helpful and welcoming. Whether you are just starting out on your fitness journey or have been working out for years, I would totally recommend to check out this gym!

It’s a wonderful experience. I love the customer service that was provided. They have great deals and specials. The energy is very welcoming and pleasant, and the staff works hard to make sure all of the members are happy and comfortable. Great gym.

I love this gym. The people are friendly. The staff always checks on you to see if you’re okay. The cleanliness has definitely improved. I drive an extra 15 minutes to go to this gym. I definitely prefer this location over the rest.
