Probably came on the wrong day but first and last time. The bathroom was disgusting. Guy working at Front counter was on his phone and not paying attention to the guest.

Josh “The Manager” can’t be bothered to return 4 phone calls. When I asked for the contact information of Josh’s boss, I was told that they are not allowed to give that information out to customers. This is a sign of a very poorly run location. I gave them one star because I couldn’t give them zero. You should be concerned when a company will only take a payment through ACH, which comes directly from your bank account. They are clearly aware that with a debit card or traditional credit card, you can charge it back. This way can continue to charge your account even after you cancel the membership, until they feel like actually doing their job.

The lighting is dark which just makes it harder to workout cause it doesn't get me pumped up it just makes me sad. Besides that it'd good For people just beginning their gym journey.

I was a member at this gym. I sold my house and moved 2 hours away during Covid. The gym had closed during this time. After I relocated, a couple months went by, I called and asked to cancel my account as I no longer lived in Casselberry. I explained my situation and was told my account would be closed. I wish I had written down the man’s information that told me this but I did not. Now it’s been over 2 years since I was told my account was been closed. I recently realized my account NEVER was closed and I have been being charged this whole time every month for a gym I live 2 hours away from. I called, explained my situation (did not even ask for any refund) and was told I needed to physically walk in and cancel my account or write a letter!!! This is my letter letting you know that I will no longer be doing business with a company that does not keep their word, and that makes it harder on their customers to close an account out rather than making it easy for the customer. I have paid unknowingly for a gym membership that I have lived 2 hours away from for over 2 years!! I have stopped payment on Planet Fitness thru my bank and you will never see another dime from me and I will tell every single person I am in contact with about my experience with Planet Fitness.

I've traveled all through Florida using Planet Fitness and I forget how some locations open earlier than others but come on guy im at the Door 2mins from your opening a parking lot of people as well and you just stand there and look at me. Thanks, going over to Lake Mary they open at 6am.

Employees work out on on the job instead of manning the front desk. Specifically young man with an Afro working overnight 🙄 I wanted a massage and stood there while he worked out

Changing rooms have zero curtains or they were removed. I have seen this layout in another pf gym, which did have curtains, and find them leaving them off at this location to be pretty damn cheap. Ratchet, if you will.

It’s a good location I like that it’s 24 hours and I can go in whenever I want during the week, they have all the amenities that you would want in a planet fitness but unfortunately like others have mentioned, this location has a big problem with being dirty, The bathrooms smell pretty horrible, and nothing in there is clean, major spots the facility needs to work on are, Bathrooms, Massage Chair area (it’s super dark and the carpet they have in there is gross) and the lighting in the gym, there were only like one or two people working and it was slow, but seriously use that downtime you have to make sure the location looks up to par. If you are needing anything besides the 24 hour, just go the the crunch next door, its leagues better
