Incredible place with no "Gymtimidation"- Tons of Satellite Beach kindness, smiles and a willingness to show you around! Great cardio machines and plenty of them with no wait! The massage chairs and hydro massage beds are the perfect "Cherry on top!!" Brett, Josh, Chris and Christian are helpful, happy and very informative. Can't Wait to the "Total Body Enhancement" MACHINE-it claims to Boost....well, EVERYTHING! Regardless of its abilities, I'll be back to rock the machines, evebtually the weights and enjoy a massage or two!!

I rarely give five stars to anything but exceptional organizations/businesses but this Planet Fitness gets 5 stars because it’s very clean, workout machines are always maintained and the staff is courteous and friendly. I’ve only been there a couple of times but we shall see as time goes on because this is a brand new center and that’s why it’s so clean and the machines are in very good condition. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone who is looking for nice, clean affordable place to get fit.

We came to visit this gym from Osceola County. We were not expecting this to be busy at 520am. It keeps pretty busy but it’s clean and the tvs work. Which is rare in our gym. Our daughters went after us and they said it was still busy. Overall, it was a good gym to come to for three days. Thank you so much for the hospitality. Friendly staff is a plus.

Clean gym with a good variety of equipment. Not terribly expensive

This beach side location is on the smaller side but very nice. Everything was clean. It does feel a little cramped and I can see how it can get crowded very easily. The 30 min work out equipment is newer than what I have been using. All cable driven, I felt like I got a better work out with the same weight over the older equipment at my usual club. Overall I like this location and will use it when my schedule permits just for the newer equipment.

UPDATE: so, upon the reply below to my original post; which turned out to be an automated message. The district manager had no clue of the incident, nor did she know I was coming to see her.

As it turns out she couldn't answer any of my questions to the prior accusations.

It was hot in there as usual the AC was broken just like the hot water oftentimes.

Never did feel comfortable, still don't feel welcome, though I did hear the judgment.

What they need is bathroom monitors like every other gym normally has or a code with a door for the ladies locker room.

‘I was banned from Planet Fitness, and told by the manager that the other surrounding area gyms will be notified!’

I have been using multiple Planet Fitness locations, while traveling in the State of Florida for the past six years, with no problem whatsoever. Until recently, when I bought a membership with the Planet Fitness, located in Satellite Beach, Florida.

At first, things were fine for the first few months, with thee exception of oftentimes feeling uncomfortable.

But then one day the manager said he had a complaint about my hygiene, which, I didn’t know how to respond to, and that’s all they could tell me. … I am OCD clean!

Second, on one evening in late September, thereafter showering. A male Planet Fitness employee came into the women’s locker room unannounced, as I got dressed, and refused to leave; wherewith informing me ‘I can't tell him what to do, and that he was going to call the sheriffs Office’. Whereas thereafter a few direct words, he walked out of the women's locker room. Next, I complained to the front desk with a few choice words. Whereupon the following morning, I was given a warning in regards to my membership, and briefed about the Planet Fitness judgment free policy; … this is where you scratch your head.

Third, early in the following month of October, a male employee came walking into the wash area when I was getting ready to get in the shower. However, this time the employee did leave; yet, every 5 minutes from the time I got into the shower, to the time I got out of the restroom; a male voice would yell ‘is there anybody in here’. After complaining to the front desk again, which was the voice outside the locker room, with a few choice words. … The next morning my membership was revoked.

Moreover as well as in addition, what are the male janitors cleaning in the women’s locker room? Wherefore I dropped my makeup compact on the floor, and power laid there for 3 weeks.

Finally, this is for Andrew, the manager; whoso, was told I was going to write this post, and replied ‘don’t threaten me’. Also, thank you for the reimbursement of my membership upon demand (However, you left some dust under a rug).

I dress nice.
I wash twice a day.
I have a government background.
I have no criminal history.
I went back to college at 39.
I look for work, and I currently work part-time.
Also, my membership was always paid.
And preferably stay to myself.
