We had a wonderful experience at ProSource working with designer Deborah! She helped us make all of the selections for our new Home including bathroom tile, kitchen backsplash, wall paint color, carpet, flooring colors for waterproof EVP.... all while ensuring they would coordinate well together overall. Deborah was very kind with excellent customer service skills and patience with me changing my mind often. Her ideas for our bathroom showers have received the most compliments and praise from our family & friends for the designs being so stunning modern and unique. We couldn’t be more pleased and we highly recommend her services.

Candy Morales/Account Manager was great! She worked very hard to match color and style, along with verifying availability of product. Ms. Morales, the Contractor, and tile installer together found workable solutions to my shower refurbishment and flooring replacement. Price was within my budget and all material appears to be in-stock.

We have been using Jessica throughout our building experience. She has been fantastic to deal with. Great ideas and an excellent eye for color and details. Always a smile on her face and a pleasure to speak with over the phone. We would highly recommend both her and Pro Source of Brevard.

We had previously ordered tile and cabinetry for our new kitchen remodel, and there were significant issues. This was during covid, and the regular carriers were not operating. Despite the numerous issues we had, ProSource staff took ownership of all issues and went beyond what anyone could have considered fair, in order to rectify the situation and ensure that we were beyond satisfaction. Their approach was one of understanding and fairness throughout. Then, when the kitchen was about 85% completed, we suffered a catastrophic flood loss, and our new kitchen had to be gutted. Again, ProSource conducted themselves with integrity, professionalism, and even more importantly, compassion. Every single team member from Owner Mr. George Roman, to his sons, to his employees, have helped us navigate this rebuild journey. Michele has been a Godsent, promptly fielding our inquiries, recommending subcontractors, guiding us, and counseling us. She is a true professional in every sense of the word, and then some. We arent near completion yet, but as our floors, cabinets, countertops, etc gradually get ordered, I am completely confident that they will ensure service with excellence as its standard. It is during times like these that the true colors of people and their businesses come out. In a small town such as ours where reputation is everything, I can unequivocally state that there is nowhere else I would ever take my business, now or in the future, nor would I recommend anyone besides them to anyone else. They are a business wherein you can place your faith and trust, which isnt always easy to find nowadays. They are the best and Brevard is blessed to have them.

Jessica was very helpful in picking out tile for our bathroom. She also had some pretty good design ideas. When you are putting a lot of money into a renovation, it’s nice to have a little help with the details.

Pro Source of Brevard is amazing. Chris was extremely helpful, patient and so pleasant to work with. If you are looking for tile, and they don’t have it or can’t get it, then it isn’t manufactured! The selection they have can be quite overwhelming! Very happy with the prices as well. Well done Chris!

We had a pretty stress free kitchen update thanks to ProSource. Bernard helped us create the design layout and order our new cabinets and countertops. Stephanie helped us pick the backsplash tile. They were great to work with. One of the best parts of this process was the contractor process. Loved having the ProSource preferred installers set up for us by the ProSource staff. We had no issues with this process. The cabinet installer Chris was amazing! Elite Custom Granite did our counter and bar top installation. Overall would use ProSource again.

Deborah has an encyclopedic knowledge of the tile choices. She quickly found exactly what I was looking for as well as an option for the backsplash that exceeded my imagination. Great source for remodeling kitchen & bath. We found a great substitute when an item was backordered as well.
