Dollar Tree

It is nice to have the cashiers greet you as soon as you come in. Only wish they could stay better stocked. They have ad looking for new workers---new mangers would be a great start. By the way you can go on line and order stuff not in store and it will go to the store to pick it up.

I will start off by saying that my 5 stars are not based the quality of the products. There are a lot of items here that are cheaply made and you should consider that when buying from a store that sells everything for $1.

My 5 stars are based on the customer service, cleanliness, location, & variety of items available.

I have been there many times & at different times of the day in the past 2 years that we've lived in Chumuckla/Pace area. The staff has always been friendly, helpful, & welcoming. Clearly during holidays/high foot-traffic days or bad weather it may more difficult to keep it clean/organized, but it's never been bad enough for me to never go back. As far as the variety of things they sell, they often have some items that I could probably just buy at another larger store (aka W...) that also sells cheaply made goods, however, there are two reasons I don't:
1. some of the items they sell here you can still get cheaper (for example: Halloween costume options here I purchased recently are for our 3 year old granddaughter where I don't want to spend high $ on things she will outgrow quickly for playing dress-up or little potty-training prizes that don't need to last a life-time.)
2. Because it's a smaller store, compared to others (like W....), I can either take my time shopping/exploring or I can run in quickly to get what I want in-and-out.

I will add that there are a lot of useful (cheap) organizing items (some seasonal items are limited on color & options) that I've used in our kitchen cabinets, laundry room, fridges & other parts of our home that have served quite well and have lasted just fine.

Lastly, I only added 1 picture of one item I purchased recently because otherwise there would be too many to items to share. I purchased these fall leaves for a 1st grade teacher science lesson, so keep in mind that there are some items you can buy here for school projects/teachers that could be helpful in school.

Today I was at the Pace Dollar Tree around 4 pm and me and my sister were up at the register and I needed to put 2 things back I decided I didn't want it and the cashier rolled her eyes and huffed and I looked at my sister and just laughed and the young girl with the attitude then snatched my last item from me. I was embarrassed about it and she is the rudest person I have come across in a long time. Someone please talk to her!

This Dollar tree was well laid out and very neatly cared for. I've been to a few lately that were very sloppy in the layout and presentation.

I found a few things I was looking for and some things I wasn't but wanted anyway.

I don't get over this way very often, as this DT is several miles from home but it was a nice shopping experience. The cashier was nice too so that's always a plus.

I was BLOWN away with how beautiful and clean this store was. I have never seen a dollar tree especially during such a busy time like this so organized, clean, and welcoming. However I want to say a special shout-out to the cashier wearing the green Hollister shirt. Thank you so much for being so kind & patient to my grandfather. You are truly special! 💗

Should not have gone up on price. And should have more things more than only candidates. Like salad or something healthy . Employees are nice.

Horrible business practices. Will hire someone, work them for a month and then not schedule them to work without any explanation. (It wasn't me but a relative). Apparently the manager does not care about her employees as they are expendable. Dollar Tree has lost me as a customer.

We really like going to this Dollar Tree. It always clean and the employees don't mind helping you and they have a smile 😊
