Short Version: I spent $1100 on a couch only to have it rip in a year, the company I purchased from is unwilling to help and the way my situation was handled was very unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Full Story: I purchased a sectional here 13 months ago. It began to rip on one of the cushions, the least used cushion at that. I reached out to Sims about 2 weeks ago, I asked if it was something they are able to repair. The young man took my info and said he'd have someone call me back...2 weeks went by with no response. I called Sims again today and they said they had no notes of our prior conversation. I explained the entire situation all over again, they took my info for the second time and said they'd call back. 10 minutes later I get a call, the guy asks if I'm the correct person to be speaking with and then immediately says "we only warranty cloth couches for a year". I let him know i wasn't calling about a warranty, just repair. His response "Oh, I can give you someone's number who will do it". Yesterday, we purchased a recliner chair. This was our first time in the store. Rita was our sales clerk and was wonderful!! She was so friendly and very knowledgeable about helping us find our perfect chair!! All staff are friendly and make you feel so comfortable. We plan on returning to purchase a sofa. GREAT place!!!😊

OH MY GOSH!!J Just received delivery of the sofa and loveseat council we bought from Sims furniture. First we were very impressed with Tim at the gallery his honesty and we appreciate everything that he told us and how he worked with us. The delivery guys, Marcus and Casey, brought in my furniture assembled it and tested it, to make sure all the power recliners did what they were supposed to do. As so impressed with their expertise in not scuffing my furniture, not scuffing my floors and on the several trips they made in and out, even though it had rained they didn't track any dirt or leaves into my house as they wiped their feet for each trip. Very impressed.

This was the best furniture purchase experience I've ever had! When I walked into the store, I was greeted by Tim. He was very knowledgeable and asked me what I was looking for. I wanted a couch and recliner. He showed me two styles and I just loved the second set he had shown me! I then asked him for 2 side tables and he took me around the store showing me which would match (his taste was better than mine!). When he wrote up the order he said i would have the furniture delivered in a week! Not 6 months like others told me!t was less than 30 minutes and I was out the door. E en the delivery went very smoothly! The guys were wonderful and even put my old stuff in the garage.thank you again for such a great experience from start to finish!

I have to leave this review because of how pleased I am with the customer service of Sim’s Furniture! From the sales person, Tim, who had so much patience with me, to Joyce that schedules pick ups and deliveries, always sweet and easy to talk to, to Jeff that had my motor replaced in my loveseat in no time and no charge to me, to the delivery crew that were polite and respectful, these people are wonderful and very easy to do business with! They do their best to accommodate you and make life easier! Thank you for everything! 😊

My husband and I bought a living room set in October of 2020,and before warranty was up we complained to Sims that the cushion was really to sofe you could dink down no matter how heavey you were so they had a man come over to check them out well to make a long story shot after calling and going to store they said the cushion are on the truck well that is going on 2 years. I will never buy any thing at Sims any more thacal a yeato check and we sent pictures and they said they ordered the cushion

The store itself was nice, and the guy who wrung us up nice. They didn't hover over you or anything.
The prices were very high even on the simplest items, like a normal $79 end table would be $249 here for example. Very few living room affordable sets available .
We did find one that was suitable though that wasn't very comfortable but looked decent.
The reason for only 3 stars is because the old delivery guy was grumpy and complained too much during the delivery and set up. They did a good job setting up. It's just if you don't like what you do then maybe it's time to retire or something.
Would I recommend this place? Yes, if money is no object. If your looking for bargains, there are really none here. But they do have nice furniture, and a large selection.

I was looking for a lift chair. I was greeted by a woman named Rita who was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. No pressure either. They had a few chairs but only one had everything I wanted and more. I didn't like the design look, or color. To get a chair that fit all my needs I would have to order it and wait 8-12 weeks. Also the price tag Was very high.
