A lot of the staff here are unhelpful. Anytime I come to this location, I am never greeted or asked if I need any assistance In fact, last time I was here a total stranger helped me with my project. I made a return today and cashier Gilzine was absolutely unfriendly. She didn’t greet me or smile. Her whole demeanor was unfriendly. I do not feel like a valued customer when I shop this store. Please teach your staff how to have a friendly demeanor and be more helpful instead of ignoring the customer.

Drove all the way to this Home Depot because it said they had 5 in stock of Milwaukee flashlight and then they had none for sale. Walked around and had to ask 5 workers to check because noone wanted to actually help a customer. Atleast make sure your inventory online is accurate. Great job Congrats here is your 1 star reward.

Worst one I’ve been by far. The only one in the area with what I need and it took well over an hour and six requests for help!

Inventory locations on the app are also incorrect and the workers don't know where stuff.

Placed online order 9-22-2022. Automatically cancelled by the store in less than 45 minutes. Weird.

Placed duplicate online order 9-23-2022.

Online system says "Scheduling system not working at this time. Place order and someone will reach out to you to schedule delivery."

Nobody calls for several days.

I call to schedule delivery myself a few days later.

Delivery finally arrives 10 days later on 10-3-2022.

36 items are missing and plywood is in unacceptable condition and need replacing.

I call to schedule second delivery for missing and damaged items.

Second delivery never arrives on the specified date. No call. I call the store and am told it's been moved up a day.

Second delivery arrives on 10-8-2022. Large number of items missing. Again. Replacement plywood is covered in mold on both sides.

I call to request a refund for missing and damaged items as well as the delivery fee. Request granted, but I am told I need to go into the store to collect my refund in cash.

I go to the store on 10-9-2022. "Nobody is here to authorize the cash refund. Please come back tomorrow."

I go to the store again on 10-10-2022. "The person you need to speak with won't be here for another 3.5 hours"

I leave. I call the store later that day and get disconnected 4 times. I dial the manager's extension. "The managers are all at lunch. Call back in about 30 minutes."

I call back about 45 minutes later and my calls are no longer being answered.

I call 1-800 customer service line. "Wait a few days for the refund to go back to your credit card."

Strange, I was told to collect it in cash from the store. I will wait and see.

I visit the store again on 10-12-2022. I spend 2 hours trying to solve my issue.

"We put in the request for your refund. We'll reach out to you on 10-14-2022 (2 days)"

The day comes. No call. Nothing. Check bank statement. No refund.

I call on 10-15-2022. I'm told that my refund was processed on 10-10-2022, but when I went in on 10-12-2022 it still wasn't processed. More confusion.

I'm told to wait until Monday (10-17-2022). Monday comes and I'm told to wait until Wednesday (10-19-2022).

Wednesday comes and there's no refund reflected on my account.

I call the 1-800 number. I'm told this needs to be handled by the store. I'm transferred to the store.

I'm put on hold and passed around by 2 associates before speaking to the first knowledgeable person I've come across.

I'm told that the refund was never processed, only STAGED for a refund. I have to come into the store a swipe my card to get my refund.

10-22-2022 I went in to the store to swipe my card. The refund comes out to less than I was told, but I no longer have the patience to argue.

My refund finally hit my account, exactly 1 month after placing my order.

Thanks for nothing Home Depot. Your system is archaic and nobody knows what's going on, You take my money in a split second, but make me jump through countless hoops for almost a month to get it back. For large purchases, Home Depot is no longer an option for me. I will never use your delivery services again and I will take my business purchases elsewhere. One star is too generous for you.

I live in Margate, fl. But you won't see me around that area again.
I knew there were areas like this but not this close. To me.
I bought a electric chain saw with an extension 40 V . Very satisfied. After taxes $240.00 , 5 year warranty. But getting in car and leaving. Saw a guy on a bicycle with a baseball bat.
Then saw another bicycle guy with a hammer 🔨 😳.
No thank you.

N Lauderdale Home Depot is the worst one I've ever had to deal with. The three staffs in the appliance section is so rude. The spanish lady refused to help me or even listened to me saying I should let Customer service deal with me after customer sent me to her. The haitian woman is so rude turning up her eyes on and walked away saying she is going to her break and I have to wait an hour. The othet man he has no patience and deals with some people better than some. Another man came to help me.told me to make sure of the product when I came back he was no where to be found. There's never anyone to help you there. You're afraid to park with all those men hanging around like its in a ghetto area. . They need better workers or is it no one wants to work there. Service needs improvement. Shame, shame Home Depot.

Worst Home Depot for customer service that I've ever experienced. I bought $250 worth of Xmas lights online and didn't notice that one box of lights was different than the others (and what I purchased) When I went back to exchange it the next day, the rotten cashier (same one who checked me out the night before) treated me as if I was the one inconveniencing her. Never again will I shop at this store.
