Great home improvement store beachside
This store is one of over 2000 locations in the United States. They are the second-largest home improvement store in the US. It is located on the west side of A1A just north of Eau Gallie. There is a large parking lot and so parking is not an issue. There are 4 entrances. The one to the north is for the plants. The northern glass door is the main entrance and the return desk location. The south glass door is the main exit and the southern roll-up door is the construction exit/entrance. This is my go-to place for home repair. I have visited this location numerous times. The wood is near the south side of the building, by the construction entrance. The store is clean and items are fairly easy to find given that they stock about 35000 items. The staff is excellent and always informed and helpful. Checkout is either by their automated kiosks or at a normal register. Lowe’s membership is convenient to keep track of your purchases and allow discounts when they are offered. Overall, a very nice store that I highly recommend for anyone doing home improvement.

Employees are just not helpful, some just stand around , no offers to help. You have to go find them, which is not easy. When you do ask , they seem put out. I’ll just order what I can on line moving forward. Ace employees are much more friendlier but ace also doesn’t have a lot of things.

Very unhelpful staff. Asked two people about information on outdoor kitchens and was told 'they are only online'. Zero help with the configuration different brands or any information on the ones Lowes sells. Went to get a measuring tape while there, asked as associate where they were and was waved 'over there' towards the far end of the store and he walked the other way.

I just spent over 45 minutes trying to get an order I placed for pickup over a day ago. I was told by everyone, including the manager, that both of these boxes were perfectly fine to be sold at full price. Same model of grill, 2 demolished boxes. Maybe time to stop carrying it, or be more careful?

Best Lowe's I've been too, intelligent workers even amount of retired Vets and non Vets I love seeing businesses that hire Vets and the vibe is perfect. Can't beat the smell of fresh lumber, a happy smile and a warm greeting when entering the store. Highly recommend.

Ordered flooring online and requested delivery. The reason my rating is not 5 stars is because apparently they use a 3rd party to do deliveries. That 3rd party showed up over an hour before the delivery window (and i wasn’t home yet) and just left my flooring boxes in my driveway although i wanted it in my garage. That 3rd party said even if i was home there were unable to put in my garage because the forklift is too heavy for the garage floor and would cause damage. They stated i should call Lowe’s to have them bring the appropriate equipment to move in my garage. I immediately contacted Lowe’s and spoke with Stephanie a manager in Receiving. She was extremely helpful and wanted to get this situation resolved. Stephanie’s customer service was excellent and very appreciated.

Joshua Hopkins in the door department was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. He was able to help me solve my home improvement needs. I am gratefully appreciative for his help.

Lowes never fails to disappoint.
Made the mistake because it was close by of visiting Lowes for some electrical, plumbing and lumber supplies.
